Village Sabha Meetings Held at Uddandarayunipalem and Undavalli on Amaravati Master Plan and Village Road Network Planning
As part of the Amaravati Master Plan, the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) conducted Village Sabha meetings at Undavalli (North East) and Uddandarayunipalem (North East Central – I ), on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The meetings were organised as part of the preparation of the Village Circulation Plan and Village Integration Plan, to create awareness among villagers about the Amaravati Master Plan, the proposed village road circulation system and the planned road network, while also providing an opportunity to receive suggestions and feedback from local residents.
During the Village Sabha meetings, APCRDA officials explained the key features of the Amaravati Master Plan, Village Circulation Plan and Village Integration Plan. Special Deputy Collectors A. G Chinni Krishna and B. Sai Srinivas Nayak briefed the participants on the proposed integration of existing village roads with the road network planned under the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) Zones. They also explained the proposed village road planning and infrastructure development measures aimed at addressing the future requirements of the capital region.
As part of the planning exercise, officials informed the villagers that surveys are being undertaken to comprehensively map the existing village road network and assess its connectivity. These include the Village Road Circulation Pattern Survey and the LPS Road Network Survey. The information gathered through these surveys will support the preparation of efficient village road plans and facilitate future infrastructure development.
Villagers actively participated in the discussions and shared their suggestions and views on the proposed plans. Officials stated that the feedback received from the villagers would be duly examined and considered while finalising the Village Circulation Plan and Village Integration Plan for each village.
Officials further informed the participants that, as per the schedule prepared by APCRDA, Village Sabha meetings will be conducted in a phased manner across the villages of the capital region. The meetings were attended by Special Deputy Collectors M. Seshi Reddy and B. Sai Srinivas Nayak, officials from the Planning, Development Promotion, Social Development and Estates Departments of APCRDA, and technical experts from The Urbanizer.
The consultations are aimed at facilitating direct engagement with local communities and incorporating their suggestions and feedback into the planning process, thereby ensuring that the Master Plan and associated village-level plans adequately reflect the needs and aspirations of the villages.
APCRDA has appealed to residents of all capital region villages to actively participate in the Village Sabha meetings being conducted in their respective villages and provide their valuable suggestions and feedback on the Amaravati Master Plan and village road network planning. As per the schedule, the next Village Sabha meetings will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Venkatapalem (North East) and at 2:30 PM in Krishnayapalem (East).

ప్రజారాజధాని అమరావతి మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్లో భాగంగా గ్రామ సర్క్యులేషన్ ప్లాన్, గ్రామ ఇంటిగ్రేషన్ ప్లాన్ల రూపకల్పన కోసం ఏపీ సిఆర్డీఏ మంగళవారం, 2026 ఆగస్టు 11న నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ సెంట్రల్-1 గ్రిడ్లో భాగమైన ఉద్దండరాయునిపాలెంలో గ్రామసభ నిర్వహించింది. గ్రామస్థులకు అమరావతి మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్, గ్రామ రహదారుల సర్క్యులేషన్ ప్రణాళిక, ప్రతిపాదిత రహదారి నెట్వర్క్పై అవగాహన కల్పించడంతో పాటు వారి సూచనలు, అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించేందుకు ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు.
✅గ్రామసభలో అమరావతి మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్, గ్రామ సర్క్యులేషన్ ప్లాన్, గ్రామ ఇంటిగ్రేషన్ ప్లాన్ల ముఖ్యాంశాలను వివరించారు. ముఖ్యంగా రాజధాని గ్రామాల్లోని ప్రస్తుత రహదారులను ల్యాండ్ పూలింగ్ స్కీమ్(ఎల్పీఎస్) జోన్ల ప్రకారం ప్రతిపాదించిన రహదారి నెట్వర్క్తో అనుసంధానం చేయడం, గ్రామ రహదారుల ప్రణాళిక, భవిష్యత్ అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధిపై గ్రామస్థులకు ఉద్దండరాయునిపాలెం స్పెషల్ డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర్ బి. సాయి శ్రీనివాస నాయక్, ప్లానింగ్ విభాగ అధికారులు సిహెచ్ మధుసూధనరావు, సంబంధిత అధికారులు వివరించారు.
✅ఈ ప్రక్రియలో భాగంగా గ్రామాల్లో ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న రహదారులు, వాటి అనుసంధానంపై సమగ్ర సమాచారం సేకరించేందుకు గ్రామ రహదారుల సర్క్యులేషన్ ప్యాటర్న్ సర్వే, ఎల్పీఎస్ రహదారి నెట్వర్క్ సర్వే చేపడుతున్నట్లు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. ఈ సర్వే ద్వారా సేకరించే సమాచారం గ్రామ రహదారుల ప్రణాళికను మరింత సమర్థవంతంగా రూపొందించడంతో పాటు, భవిష్యత్ మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధికి ఉపయోగపడుతుందని వివరించారు. సభలో పాల్గొన్న గ్రామస్థులు ప్రతిపాదిత ప్రణాళికలపై తమ సూచనలు, అభిప్రాయాలను వెల్లడించారు. గ్రామస్థుల నుంచి వచ్చిన సూచనలను పరిశీలించి ఆయా గ్రామాల గ్రామ సర్క్యులేషన్ ప్లాన్, గ్రామ ఇంటిగ్రేషన్ ప్లాన్లను రూపొందించనున్నట్లు అధికారులు తెలిపారు.
✅ఏపీ సిఆర్డీఏ రూపొందించిన షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం రాజధాని గ్రామాలన్నింటిలో దశలవారీగా గ్రామసభలు నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతోంది. ఈ గ్రామసభల్లో ఏపీ సిఆర్డీఏ స్పెషల్ డిప్యూటీ కలెక్టర్లు, ప్లానింగ్, డెవలప్మెంట్ ప్రమోషన్, సోషల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ తదితర విభాగాల అధికారులు, “ది అర్బనైజర్ సంస్థ” సాంకేతిక నిపుణులు పాల్గొని గ్రామస్థులతో నేరుగా మాట్లాడి వారి సూచనలు, అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించడం జరుగుతుంది. రాజధాని అమరావతి నగర పరిధిలోని గ్రామస్తులు.. తమ గ్రామాలలో జరిగే గ్రామసభలలో పాల్గొని అమరావతి మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్, గ్రామ రహదారుల ప్రణాళికపై తమ సలహాలు, సూచనలు ఇవ్వాలని కోరడమైనది. రేపు బుధవారం ఆగస్టు 12వ తేదీన నార్త్ ఈస్ట్ గ్రిడ్లోని వెంకటపాలెంలో ఉదయం 11 గంటలకు, ఈస్ట్ గ్రిడ్లోని కృష్ణాయపాలెంలో మధ్యాహ్నం 2.30 గంటలకు గ్రామసభ నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతుంది.
