ఎన్నికల సమయం ముంచు కొస్తుంది… బీజేపీని ఎదుర్కోవడం ఎలా ?

అధికార పక్షంపై ఉండే అసంతృప్తితో ప్రజలే బీజేపీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఓటు వేస్తారనుకుంటే అలా కూడా జరగడం లేదు.. 2014లో ఏడాదికి రెండు కోట్ల ఉద్యోగాలు.. రైతుల కోసం స్వామినాథన్ కమిషన్,, నల్లధనాన్ని వెలికితీసి అందరి అకౌంట్లలో వేస్తానన్న వాగ్ధానాలతో గెలిచి, ఆపై ఆల్ ఆఫ్ సడన్ గా ముందు చూపులేకుండా పెద్దనోట్లను రద్దు చేయడంతో ప్రజలంతా ఒక్కసారిగా బ్యాంకులపై పడి, రోజుల తరబడి క్యూల్లో ఉండి, బ్యాంకు సిబ్బంది, క్యూల్లో ఉన్న అనేకమంది అకాల మృత్యువుకు బలయినా, 2019లొ అంతకు ముందుకంటే ఎక్కువ సంఖ్యలో పార్లమెంటు స్థానాలను గెలుచుకొనడం కాంగ్రెస్, ఇతర ప్రతిపక్షాలకు మింగుడు పడటం లేదు.

వచ్చే ఏడాది మొదటి లోనే ఎన్నికలు సమీపిస్తుండటంతో బీజేపిని ఎదుర్కొనేందుకు బీజేపీయేతర సీనియర్ నాయకులు మల్ల గుల్లాలు పడుతున్నారు. రఫేల్, అనిల్ అంబానీ వ్యవహారాలు 2019లో బీజేపీని విజయాన్ని అడ్డుకోలేక పోయాయి. హిండెన్ బర్గ్ నివేదికతో ఆదాని – మోడీలపై గురిపెట్టిన ప్రతిపక్షాలు ఇప్పుడైనా బీజేపీని నిలువరిస్తుందా ? అనేదే అసలైన ప్రశ్న ?

దేశరాజకీయాల్లోకి వెళితే..

పీఎం బరిలో …
గుజరాత్ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగ ఉన్న నరేంద్రమోడీ దేశ ప్రధానికాగలిగినప్పుడు అంతకన్నా సీనియర్ నేతలుగా తాము ఎందుకు దేశ నేతలు కాలేకపోతున్నామని ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ మాజీ సీఎం ములాయం సింగ్,(సమాజ్ వాదీ పార్టీ )2003 నుంచి 2007 వరకు రక్షణశాఖ మంత్రిగా కూడా పనిచేశారు). బీహార్ కు చెందిన మాజీ సీఎం లాలూయాదవ్ (రాష్ట్రీయ జనతా దళ్) 2004 నుంచి2009 వరకు రైల్వే మంత్రిగా పనిచేశారు.)

పీ ఎంలు కావాలని ఒకప్పుడు తహతహ లాడినప్పటికీ విజయం సాధించలేకపోయారు.
ములాయం గతేడాది కాలం చేయగా, లలూ ప్రసాద్ వృద్దాప్య సంబంధిత అనారోగ్యంతో ఉన్నారు.

పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్
మరో సీనియర్ నేత పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ సీఎం మమతాబెనర్జీ ఎప్పటినుంచో పీఎం కావాలని ఆరాటపడుతున్నప్పటికీ కాలం కలసి రావడం లేదు. రాజీవ్ గాంధీ హయాంలో కేంద్రమంత్రిగా పనిచేసిన ఆమె తర్వాతి కాలంలో విభేదాలతో కాంగ్రెస్ నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చి, తృణమూల్ కాంగ్రెస్ ను స్థాపించారు. బుద్దదేవ్ బట్టాచార్యను 2011లో ఓడించడం ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలో కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ పాలనను అంతం చేసి, పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ మొదటి మహిళా సీఎంగా, అప్పటి నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు రాష్ట్ర సీఎంగా ఉన్నారు. 2021లో జరిగిన ఎన్నికల్లో 292అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలకు 215 గెలుచుకొని విజయదుందుభి మ్రోగించారు. ఆమెకు దేశ రాజకీయలపై ఆసక్తితో పీఎంగా దేశ రాజకీయాలను శాసించాలన్న కోరిక ఉన్నప్పటికీ రాష్ట్రంలో బీజేపీ వ్యూహాలను తిప్పికొట్టడానికే ఆమె సమయం సరిపోతోంది.

శరద్ పవార్

అనేక కేంద్రపదవులు నిర్వహించిన శరద్ పవార్ మహారాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికలను శాసిస్తున్నప్పటికీ ప్రధాని కాలేకపోయారు. కాంగ్రెస్తో బేధాభి ప్రాయాలతో నేషనల్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీని స్తాపించారు. ఆయన కుమార్తె సుప్రియా సూలే రాజ్యసభ సభ్యురాలిగా ప్రజాసమస్యలపై స్పందించి, పార్లమెంటులో అనేక ప్రశ్నలు లేవనెత్తుతున్నారు. అయినప్పటికీ శరద్ ప్రధాని కాలేకపోతున్నారు.

శివసేన
మహారాష్ట్రలో శివసేనకు తిరుగులేదు. అయితే ఆ పార్టీ కి బీజేపీకి పొసగక పోవడం ఆపార్టీకి అన్యాయం జరిగింది. శివసేన ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్న ఉద్దవ్ ధాకరేను పదవీచ్యుతులను చేసి ఏక్ నాథ్ షిండేను ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా, దేవేంద్ర ఫడ్నావిస్ ను ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రిగా చేశారు. కోర్టు వీరిదే అసలైన శివసేనగా గుర్తించి, పార్టీ గుర్తును కూడా వారికే కేటాయించారు. శివసేన వంటి సుదీర్ఘపార్టీ అస్థిత్వాన్ని నిలుపుకోవడానికే సమయం సరిపోతోంది, కేంద్ర రాజకీయాల్లో కాలుపెట్టకుండా బీజేపీ ఇలా చెక్ చెప్పిందని అనుకోవచ్చు.

తెలంగాణ
దక్షిణాదిలో కొత్తగా ఏర్పడిన తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో టీఆర్ఎస్ రెండు సార్లు అసెంబ్లీస్థానాలను గెలుచుకొని కేంద్రంలో చక్రం తిప్పాలని, ఉత్సాహంగా ఎదురు చూస్తోంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కల్వకుంట్ల చంద్రశేఖర రావు రాష్ట్రాన్ని కుమారుడు తారక రామారావుకు అప్పగించి, ప్రధాని కావాలని కలలు కంటున్నారు. అందులో భాగంగానే కాంగ్రెస్, బీజేపీయేతర థర్డ్ ఫ్రంట్ కోసం దేశం అంతటా తిరుగుతున్నప్పటికీ ఆశించిన ఫలితం దక్కడం లేదు. ఇటీవలతనను నేషనల్ ఫ్రంట్ కు కన్వీనర్ ను చేసినట్లయితే (గతంలో ఎన్టీరామారావు చేపట్టిన పదవి) ఆలిండియా లెవల్లో ఎన్నికల ఖర్చును పెట్టుకుంటానని మిగతా పార్టీలకు బంపర్ ఆఫర్ ఇచ్చినా ఈయనపై నమ్మకముంచే వారే కరువయ్యారు. అందుకు కారణం ఆయన కుటుంబంపై ఉన్న అవినీతి ఆరోపణలే అని వేరే చెప్పనక్కర్లేదు.

జగన్మోహన రెడ్డి

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అనేక జనరంజక సంక్షేమ పథకాలతో ముందుకు పోతున్నప్పటికీ ఆయనకు దేశ రాజకీయాలపై ఏమాత్రం ఇంటరస్టు లేదని ఖచ్చితంగా చెప్పేశారు. ఇంకా ఆయనను సీబీఐ, ఈడీ కేసులు వెంటాడటం కూడా కారణం కావచ్చు. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రతిపక్షపార్టీ అయిన చంద్రబాబును ఎదుర్కోవడం కూడా ఆశామాశీ వ్యవహారం కానందున ఈ నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చి ఉండవచ్చు.

ఎంకే స్టాలిన్

తమిళనాడులో ఐదు సార్లు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా చేసిన కరుణానిధి కుమారుడు ఎం కే స్టాలిన్ మొదటిసారిగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి బాధ్యతలను 2021లో చేపట్టారు. ( అంతకుముందు ఆయన చెన్నై మేయర్ గా పనిచేశారు.) ఆయన ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న ద్రవిడ మున్నేట్ర కజకం (డీఎంకే) పార్టీ కాంగ్రెస్తో పొత్తుపెట్టుకోవడంతో కాంగ్రెస్ను వారు బలపరచడమే తప్ప స్వయంగా కేంద్రరాజకీయాల్లో పెరిగే ఛాన్సు తక్కువే. ఆయన చెల్లి కనిమొళనీ రాష్ట్రం నుంచి ఎంపీగా ఉన్నారు.
అయితే క్లీన్ ఇమేజ్ ఉన్న స్టాలిన్ ను కాంగ్రెస్ ఉపయోగించుకోవాలనుకుంటోంది. దీంతో కాంగ్రెస్ చీఫ్ మల్లికార్జున ఖర్గే ఆయనకు ఫోన్ చేసి ఒక సారి రావాలని కోరినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. భావసారూప్యత ఉన్న పార్టీలన్నింటినీ ఏకతాటిపైకి తెచ్చే కర్తవ్యాన్ని ఆయన భుజ స్కందాలపై ఉంచే ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుతున్నాయి.
ఆయనతో కేరళ కమ్యూనిస్టు ప్రభుత్వ సీఎం పినరాయి విజయన్ కలిసే అవకాశాలు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నాయి. ఎందుకంటే కేరళ ఎదుర్కొన్న అనేక వరద ఉపద్రవాల్లో కేంద్రం సహకారం అందించలేదు సరికదా.. సౌదీ రాజు చేస్తున్న సహాయాన్ని కూడా కేంద్ర బీజేపీ అడ్డుకుందన్న ఆగ్రహం తోపాటు సహజంగా బీజేపీకి వామపక్షాలకు ఉండే వైరుద్యం కూడా ఇందుకు కారణంగా ఉంది. స్టాలిన్ తో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్నేహపూర్వకంగా మెలిగినప్పటికీ గతంలో కేంద్ర కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీతో ఆయనకున్న చేదు అనుభవాల దృశ్యా కాంగ్రెస్తో ముందుకు వెళ్లే అవకాశాలు తక్కువ కావచ్చు. అయితే 2019లో రాష్ట్రానికి మేలు చేసే ఏ పార్టీతో అయినా ముందుకెళతాం అని చెప్పింది కాబట్టి లోటుబడ్జెట్ తో విడిపోయిన రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక ప్రతిపత్తి కల్పించే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంతో కలిసి పనిచేస్తామనడం కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ కు ఆశాజనకంగా ఉండి ఉండొచ్చు.

కర్ణాటక
మరొక రాష్ట్రమైన కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రం గత ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ అలయెన్స్ తో కుమారగౌడ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉండగా, కాంగ్రెస్ నేత సిద్దరామయ్య సహకరించకపోవడాన్ని బీజేపీ ఉపయోగించుకొని అక్కడి ప్రభుత్వాన్ని పడగొట్టి బీజేపీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చింది. అయితే కర్నాటక లోని బసవరాజు బోమ్మయ్ ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా అవినీతిలో కూరుకుపోవడంతో కాంగ్రెస్ కు పట్టంకట్టే యోచనలో కర్ణాటక ప్రజలు ఉన్నట్లు ఎన్నికల విశ్లేషకులు భావిస్తున్నారు. అక్కడ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వస్తే కాంగ్రెస్ కు ఫెచ్ అవుతుంది అయితే అక్కడ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుల్లో బోల్డన్ని రాజకీయాలున్నాయి, సిద్దరామయ్య, శివకుమార్, మల్లిఖార్జున ఖర్గే ఎంతవరకు సహకరించుకుంటారోతెలియదు. ఎవరిని సీఎం చేస్తానంటే ఎవరికి కోపం వస్తుందో ? వీరందరినీ ఏక తాటిపైకి తీసుకు రావడం అనుకున్నంత ఈజీ కాదు.

కేజ్రీవాల్

రాష్ట్ర రాజధానిని ఏలుతున్న ఢిల్లీముఖ్యమంత్రి కేజ్రీవాల్ మొదటి నుంచి కాంగ్రెస్, బీజేపీల నుంచి అనేక ఒత్తిళ్లు, సవాళ్లను ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. ఢిల్లీ కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతం కాబట్టి బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం కాగితాలు, పెన్నులకు కూడా నిధులు కేటాయించకుండా ఢిల్లీ లెఫ్ట్ నెంట్ గవర్నర్ ద్వారా అనేక రాజకీయ, పాలనా ఇబ్బందులకు గురిచేస్తున్నప్పటికీ వాటిని తట్టుకోవడమే కాకుండా, పంజాబ్ లోకూడా తన పార్టీ ని విజయంపధంలో నడిపించిన ఘనత కేజ్రీవాల్ దే..

కేజ్రీవాల్ న్యూఢిల్లీలో జాయింట్ కమిషనర్ ఆఫ్ ఇన్ కంటాక్స్ గా పనిచేశారు. 2013 లో ఆయన ఆమ్ ఆద్మీ పార్టీని నెలకొల్పి 2013లో ఆ పార్టీ ని గెలుపించుకున్నారు. 2013 నుంచి 2014 ఫిబ్రవరి వరకు ఆయన ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉండగా, ఫిబ్రవరి 14 నుంచి ఏడాదిపాటు అక్కడ ప్రశిడెంట్ రూల్ నడిచింది. 2015లో కేజ్రీవాల్ మళ్లీ ఎన్నికయ్యారు. దానిలో విజయ దుంధుభి మోగించిన కేజ్రీవాల్ పూర్తికాలం సీఎంగా పనిచేశారు. 2020లో మళ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లోగెలిచి, సీఎంగా కొనసాగుతున్నారు. ఢిల్లీ ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లను ప్రైవేటు స్కూళ్లకు మించి అభివృద్ది చేయడం, వీధివీధిలో మొహల్లా (క్లినిక్ )లను నెలకొల్పడం ద్వారా ప్రజాభిమానాన్ని పొందారు. 2022లో పంజాబ్ ఎన్నికల్లో విజయం సాధించడం ద్వారా అంతకు ముందున్న అనేక స్థానిక పార్టీలను కాదని జాతీయ పార్టీగా రూపొందడం సీనియర్ ప్రాంతీయ పార్టీ నేతలకు కలవరం పుట్టించారు. ఎన్నికల అనంతరం మోడీపైనే నాగురి అని ప్రకటించడం వల్లే అతనిని అతని మంత్రివర్గ సభ్యులపై సీబీ ఐ, ఈడీ కేసులతో బీజేపీ వేధిస్తోందని మోడీ –అమిత్ షా లంటే గిట్టని ప్రతిపక్షాలు ఆరోపిస్తునాయి.

బీజేపీ హ్యాట్రిక్ ను ఆపగలవా ?
అయితే మహామహ నేతలంతా బీజేపీని అడ్డుకునేందుకు నానా తిప్పలు పడుతున్న ఈ సమయంలో ఎవరికి వారే ప్రధాని కావాలనుకునే నేతలు కాంగ్రెస్ కు ఎంతగా సహకరించి బీజేపీ హ్యాట్రిక్ ను ఆపగలవో వేచి చూడాల్సిందే.

West Bengal

Although she is interested in national politics and wants to rule the country’s politics as PM, her time is enough to reverse BJP’s strategies in the state.

Sharad Pawar

Sharad Pawar, who held many central positions, could not become the Prime Minister despite ruling the Maharashtra elections. He formed the National Congress Party with Bedhabhi Praya with the Congress. His daughter Supriya Sule is a member of the Rajya Sabha, responding to public issues and raising many questions in Parliament. However, Sharad is not able to become the Prime Minister.

Shiv Sena
In Maharashtra, Shiv Sena did not turn around. However, it was an injustice to the party that the BJP did not reach that party. Shiv Sena deposed Chief Minister Uddhav Dhakare and appointed Ek Nath Shinde as Chief Minister and Devendra Fadnavis as Deputy Chief Minister. The court recognized them as the original Shiv Sena and assigned the party symbol to them. Telangana

Jaganmohana Reddy

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has made it clear that he has no interest in the country’s politics even though he is pushing ahead with many welfare schemes. Also, the CBI and ED cases chasing him could also be the reason. This decision may have been reached because facing Chandrababu, who is the opposition party in the state, is not a hopeless affair.

MK Stalin
