Rajadhani Vartalu: ఎన్టీఆర్ జిల్లా ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగం సారధ్యంలో మల్లెతీగ సాహిత్య సేవాసంస్థ నిర్వహణలో డిసెంబరు 12, 13 తేదీలలో సాంస్కృతిక రాజధాని విజయవాడలో ‘జాతీయ సాంస్కృతిక ఉత్సవాలు-2026’ పేరుతో రెండు రోజుల పాటు సాహిత్య సాంస్కృతిక సంబరాలు జరుగనున్నాయి. ఈ ఉత్సవాలను తుమ్మలపల్లి వారి క్షేత్రయ్య కళాక్షత్రేయంలో అంగరంగ వైభవంగా నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ఈ ఉత్సవాల పోస్టర్ ను శనివారం(31st-10-2026) రాత్రి ఎన్టీఆర్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ డా.జి. లక్ష్మీశ జాతీయ సరస్ మేళాలో ఆవిష్కరించారు.
కవులు, రచయితలు, కార్టూనిస్టుల ఆత్మీయ సమ్మేళనంగా రూపొందుతున్న ఈ ఉత్సవాలలో సాహిత్యం, భాష, సమకాలీన సమస్యలు వంటి వివిధ అంశాలపై సదస్సులు జరుగుతాయి. కవి సమ్మేళనం, పుస్తకావిష్కణలు, సత్కారాలు వుంటాయి. ఈ సందర్భంగా సమకాలీన సమస్యలపై కథ, కవితల పోటీ… పర్యావరణం, సోషల్ మీడియా, ధూమపానం, డ్రగ్స్ వంటి సామాజిక అంశాలపై కార్టూన్లపోటీ… ఫొటోగ్రఫీ పోటీలు వుంటాయి.
పోటీలో గెలుపొందిన రచయితలకు, కవులకు, కార్టూనిస్టులకు నగదు బహుమతులు వుంటాయి. పోటీకి వచ్చిన రచనలు, కార్టూన్లతో ఒక ప్రత్యేక సంచిక కూడా వెలువడుతుంది. కవి సమ్మేళనంలో పాల్గొనేవారు 30 లైన్లకు మించని కవితలు గానీ లేదా గేయం, పద్యం, గజల్ చదవొచ్చు. నాలుగు నిమిషాలకు మించని సందేశాత్మకమైన ఏకపాత్రలు, స్కిట్స్ కూడా చేయవచ్చు. ఇవి మహిళల్ని కించపరిచేవిగా వుండకూడదు. నిర్వాహకులు ఆమోదం పొందిన రచనలు, స్కిట్స్ మాత్రమే ప్రదర్శించాల్సి వుంటుంది.

‘National Cultural Festival-2026’ in Vijayawada

Rajadhani Vartalu:
A two-day literary and cultural celebration, titled ‘National Cultural Festival-2026’, will be held on December 12th and 13th in Vijayawada—the cultural capital—organized by ‘Malletheega Sahitya Seva Samstha’ under the guidance of the NTR District Administration. These celebrations will be held with great grandeur at the Tummalapalli Kshetrayya Kalakshetram. The festival poster was unveiled on Saturday night by NTR District Collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha at the ‘National Saras Mela’.
Designed as a warm gathering for poets, writers, and cartoonists, the event will feature seminars on various topics, including literature, language, and contemporary issues. The program will also include a poets’ meet (*kavi sammelanam*), book launches, and felicitation ceremonies. As part of the festival, there will be competitions for short stories and poems on contemporary issues, as well as contests for cartoons and photography focusing on social themes such as the environment, social media, the dangers of smoking, and drug abuse. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners among the writers, poets, and cartoonists.
A special edition featuring the entries (writings and cartoons) submitted for the competition will also be published. Participants in the *Kavi Sammelanam* (poets’ gathering) may present poems—including *geyam* (lyrical poems), *padyam* (traditional verse), or *ghazals*—not exceeding 30 lines. Additionally, participants may perform short, message-oriented monologues or skits, provided they do not exceed four minutes in duration. Such performances must not contain any content that demeans or disparages women. Only those entries and skits approved by the organizers will be permitted for presentation.
