Third installment of Rs. 6,419.89 crore financial assistance will be launched today (25.03.2023) in Denduluru, Eluru district for a program to deposit 6,419.89 crore financial assistance in the accounts of 78,94,169 sisters of 7,98,395 self-help savings societies for 10 days during the festival period in Denduluru, Eluru district.
Today offering Rs. 6,419.89 crores, the total assistance provided by Shri YS Jagan Government under YSR Asara so far is Rs. 19,178 crores
In 2014, the previous government promised that we would pay on behalf of the savings societies without tying up the debts, and because of reneging on the promise of about Rs. In relief to 78.94 lakh elder sisters, in 4 installments, Rs. Keeping the promise given in the manifesto that they will pay off the debt of 25,571 crores, already in 2 installments of Rs. 12,758 crore financial assistance provided by Shri YS Jagan Govt
On the one hand, they did not promise to waive the loans, but since October 2016, the previous government canceled the zero interest scheme, so the debts have been piled up. About Rs. 3,036 crores of interest to Akkachellemmale banks including delinquent interest has arisen. As a result, the societies in A grade have also fallen into C and D grades, NPAs have reached 18.36 percent.
Non-performing assets (NPAs) have also come down from 18.36 percent to 0.45 percent as Akkachelemmala Savings Societies, which had benefited from YSR Asara and YSR Zero Interest, became active again. With 99.5 percent recovery, smiles spread on the faces of the sisters again.
The government of Shri YS Jagan is taking steps towards making every elder sister a millionaire with the aim of welfare, self-reliance and empowerment of elder sisters.
The purpose of the scheme
The scheme will further improve women empowerment and contribute to the economic advancement of poor women in rural and urban SHGs. Through this decision taken by the government, CM Shri YS Jagan has brought this scheme with the intention that women will be economically developed and their families will be happy.
Training women as entrepreneurs
This scheme has been implemented with the good idea of bringing more light in the lives of women, bringing stable income to their families, using this money for business and livelihood opportunities that they create for themselves and becoming millionaires.
With business giants such as Amul, Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Procter and Gamble, Alana, Azio Reliance, Grameen Vikasa Kendra, Tenager, Calgudi, Zion, Nine, Ayekart, Mahendra and Kheti, and to empower women to stand on their own feet, improving livelihoods. CM Shri YS Jagan made agreements with the banks and showed them good ways of doing business and paved the way for them for sustainable economic development with schemes like Asara, Cheyuta and zero interest.
So far, 9,86,616 Akkachelemmas have taken up businesses like grocery stores, cow, buffalo, sheep, goat rearing and textile trade with the support provided by Shri YS Jagan government in connection with corporate institutions and banks. 7,000 to Rs. 10,000 in additional income. Due to the agreement with Amul, the competition in the market has increased and a liter of milk will cost Rs. 5 to Rs. Additional income up to 15
Other schemes undertaken by Shri YS Jagan government for women empowerment
This government has identified the needs of everyone from the newborn child to the elderly who cannot do hard work and implemented appropriate schemes. As a person who firmly believed that family development can be achieved through women development, Amma Odi Scheme, Gorumudda, Vidya Divena, Dorm Divena, Vidya Kanuka, and changing the face of government schools to accommodate the girls of the poor. – Today, Mr. YS Jagan is implementing many programs like English Medium, Illa Pattalu Akkachelemmala, allotment of 50 percent of all nominated posts to women, old age and widow pensions, Disha Act for protection of women, Disha Police Stations.
As a women-biased government, Shri YS Jagan’s government is working in every way for economic, social and political dynamism in the lives of elder sisters.
From the date of coming to power till now, the benefits provided by Shri YS Jagan’s government to 5,47,11,682 elder sisters including DBT and non-DBT through various schemes is Rs. 2,25,330.76 crores. (On the basis that each sister is benefited by more than one scheme)

మూడవ విడతగా రూ. 6,419.89 కోట్ల ఆర్ధిక సాయాన్ని నేటి నుండి (25.03.2023) ఏప్రిల్ 5 వరకు 10 రోజుల పాటు పండగ వాతావారణంలో 7,98,395 స్వయం సహాయక పొదుపు సంఘాల్లోని 78,94,169 మంది అక్కచెల్లెమ్మల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేసే కార్యక్రమానికి ఏలూరు జిల్లా దెందులూరులో నేడు శ్రీకారం చుట్టనున్న సీఎం శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్
నేడు అందిస్తున్న రూ. 6,419.89 కోట్లతో కలిపి వైఎస్సార్ ఆసరా క్రింద ఇప్పటివరకు శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం అందించిన మొత్తం సాయం రూ. 19,178 కోట్లు
గత ప్రభుత్వం రుణాలు కట్టొద్దు పొదుపు సంఘాల తరపున మేమే చెల్లిస్తామని 2014 లో హామీ ఇచ్చి ఎగ్గొట్టిన కారణంగా రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా చితికిపోయిన దాదాపు 7.98 లక్షల స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల్లోని సుమారు రూ. 78.94 లక్షల మంది అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలకు ఊరటనిస్తూ, 4 వాయిదాల్లో అదే అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలకు 2019 ఎన్నికల నాటికి ఎస్ఎస్బీసీ తుది జాబితా ప్రకారం ఉన్న రూ. 25,571 కోట్ల రుణాన్ని తామే చెల్లిస్తామని మేనిఫెస్టోలో ఇచ్చిన మాట నిలబెట్టుకుంటూ, ఇప్పటికే 2 విడతల్లో రూ. 12,758 కోట్ల ఆర్ధిక సాయాన్ని అందించిన శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం
ఒకవైపు రుణాలు మాఫీ చేస్తానని చేయకపోగా, అక్టోబర్ 2016 నుండి సున్నావడ్డీ పథకం సైతం గత ప్రభుత్వం ఎగ్గొట్టి రద్దు చేయడంతో అప్పులు తడిసి మోపెడయ్యాయి. సుమారు రూ. 3,036 కోట్ల వడ్డీని అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలే బ్యాంకులకు అపరాధపు వడ్డీతో సహా చెల్లించాల్సిన దుస్ధితి ఏర్పడింది. తద్వారా ఏ గ్రేడ్ లో ఉన్న సంఘాలు కూడా సీ , డీ గ్రేడ్లలోకి పడిపోయాయి, ఎన్పీఏలు 18.36 శాతానికి చేరాయి
వైఎస్సార్ ఆసరా, వైఎస్సార్ సున్నా వడ్డీ ల ద్వారా లబ్ధి పొందిన అక్కచెల్లెమ్మల పొదుపు సంఘాలు తిరిగి క్రియాశీలకంగా మారడంతో నిరర్ధక ఆస్తులు (ఎన్పీఏ) కూడా అప్పట్లో ఉన్న 18.36 శాతం నుండి 0.45 శాతానికి తగ్గాయి. 99.5 శాతం రికవరీతో అక్కచెల్లెమ్మల ముఖాల్లో మళ్ళీ చిరునవ్వులు విరబూసాయి.

పథకం ఉద్దేశం
ఈ పథకం వల్ల మహిళా సాధికారత మరింత మెరుగుపడి గ్రామీణ మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాలలోని స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలలోని పేద మహిళల ఆర్ధిక పురోగతికి దోహదపడుతుంది. ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న ఈ నిర్ణయం ద్వారా మహిళలు ఆర్ధికంగా అభివృద్ది చెంది వారి కుటుంబాలు ఆనందంగా ఉండాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో సీఎం శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ఈ పథకం తీసుకురావడం జరిగింది.
మహిళలను వ్యాపార వేత్తలుగా తీర్చిదిద్దడం
మహిళల జీవితాల్లో మరిన్ని కాంతులు తీసుకురావాలని, వారి కుటుంబంలో సుస్ధిరమైన ఆదాయం రావాలని, వారికి వారుగా సృష్టించుకునే వ్యాపార మరియు జీవనోపాధి అవకాశాలకు ఈ డబ్బును ఉపయోగించుకుని ఆర్ధికంగా అభివృద్ది చెందుతూ లక్షాధికారులు కావాలనే మంచి ఆలోచనతో ఈ పథకాన్ని అమలుచేయడం జరిగింది.
మహిళలు వారి కాళ్ళ మీద వారు నిలబడేటట్లుగా చేయడం కోసం, జీవనోపాధిని మెరుగుపరుచుకునే విధంగా అమూల్, హిందూస్తాన్ యూనిలివర్, ఐటీసీ, ప్రోక్టర్ అండ్ గ్యాంబల్, అలానా, అజియో రిలయెన్స్, గ్రామీణ వికాస కేంద్రం, టేనేజర్, కాల్గుడి, జియాన్, నినె, ఆయేకార్ట్, మహేంద్ర అండ్ ఖేతి వంటి వ్యాపార దిగ్గజాలతో, మరియు బ్యాంకులతో ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకొని వారికి చక్కటి వ్యాపార మార్గాలు చూపి, ఆసరా, చేయూత, సున్నా వడ్డీ వంటి పథకాలతో వారికి సుస్ధిరమైన ఆర్ధిక అభివృద్దికి బాటలు వేశారు సీఎం శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్.
కార్పొరేట్ సంస్ధలు, బ్యాంకులతో అనుసంధానం చేసి శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం అందించిన సహకారంతో ఇప్పటివరకు 9,86,616 మంది అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలు కిరాణా దుకాణాలు, ఆవులు, గేదెలు, గొర్రెలు, మేకల పెంపకం, వస్త్రవ్యాపారం వంటి వ్యాపారాలు చేపట్టి నెలకు రూ. 7,000 నుండి రూ. 10,000 వరకు అదనపు ఆదాయం పొందుతున్నారు. అమూల్తో ఒప్పందం కారణంగా మార్కెట్లో పోటీ పెరిగి లీటర్ పాలపై రూ. 5 నుండి రూ. 15 వరకు అదనపు ఆదాయం
మహిళా సాధికారతకు శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం చేపడుతున్న ఇతర పథకాలు
ఈ ప్రభుత్వం పుట్టిన బిడ్డ నుంచి, కాయ కష్టం చేయలేని ముసలి వాళ్ళ వరకూ ప్రతి ఒక్కరి అవసరాలను గుర్తించి తగు పథకాలు అమలుచేయడంతో పాటు, మహిళాభివృద్ది ద్వారానే కుటుంబాభివృద్ది జరుగుతుందని గట్టిగా నమ్మిన వ్యక్తిగా అమ్మ ఒడి పథకం, గోరుముద్ద, విద్యాదీవెన, వసతి దీవెన, విద్యాకానుక, పేదింటి ఆడపిల్లలలకు అండగా ప్రభుత్వ బడుల రూపురేఖలను మార్చే మనబడి నాడు – నేడు, ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం, ఇళ్ళ పట్టాలు అక్కచెల్లెమ్మల పేరుతో, అన్ని నామినేటెడ్ పోస్ట్లలో 50 శాతం మహిళలకు కేటాయించడం, వృద్దాప్య మరియు వితంతు పింఛన్లు, మహిళల రక్షణకు దిశ చట్టం, దిశ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ల వంటి ఎన్నో కార్యక్రమాలను అమలుచేస్తున్నారు శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్.
మహిళా పక్షపాత ప్రభుత్వంగా, అక్కచెల్లెమ్మల జీవితాల్లో ఆర్ధిక, సామాజిక, రాజకీయ చైతన్యానికి అన్ని విధాలుగా కృషిచేస్తుంది శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం.
అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన నాటి నుండి ఇప్పటివరకు వివిధ పథకాల ద్వారా డీబీటీ, నాన్ డీబీటీ కలిపి 5,47,11,682 మంది అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలకు శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం అందించిన లబ్ధి రూ. 2,25,330.76 కోట్లు. (ఒక్కో అక్కచెల్లెమ్మ ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ పథకాల ద్వారా లబ్ధిపొందిన ప్రాతిపదికన)
