Topics discussed by the Chief Minister.
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met Chief Minister Shri YS Jagan and discussed various issues related to the state.
1. The CM said that the arrears to be given to the state in connection with the employment guarantee works are about Rs.2,500 crores and requested that this money be sanctioned immediately.
2. The CM explained that although the current government in the state is not at fault… it is wrong for the center to impose restrictions on loans. The CM brought to the notice of the Finance Minister that the loan limit given as per the norms has also been reduced, and the loan limit was Rs.42,472 crore in 2021-22 and reduced to Rs.17,923 crore in the next period. The CM appealed to take a positive decision in this matter
3. The CM asked that Rs.7,058 crores should be received from Telangana DISCOMs for electricity supplied to AP Genco from June 2014 to June 2017 and this money should be given immediately.
4. The CM said that for the financial year 2014-15, Rs.36,625 crores are pending for the state under resource gap funding and requested to see that they are released.
5. The CM asked for an ad hoc sanction of Rs.10 thousand crores to speed up the Polavaram project.
6. The CM said that about Rs.2020 crores have to be spent for the repairs to be done in the diaphragm wall area and these funds should be released immediately.
7. The CM should immediately reimburse the Rs.2600.74 crores spent by the state government on its own for the Polavaram project.
8. The Technical Advisory Committee estimates the Polavaram project at Rs. 55,548 crores. I request immediate approval for this. Apart from this, the CM also discussed other aspects related to the project.
9. The CM appealed to give special status to the state as the center has promised as a witness of the parliament that special status will be given during the bifurcation of the state.

ఈ సమావేశం ముగిసిన తర్వాత సీఎం తన ఢిల్లీ పర్యటనను ముగించుకుని విజయవాడ బయల్దేరి వెళ్లారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి చర్చించిన అంశాలు.
1. ఉపాధి హామీ పనులకు సంబంధించి రాష్ట్రానికి ఇవ్వాల్సిన బకాయిలు సుమారు రూ.2,500 కోట్లు ఉన్నాయని, వెంటనే ఈ డబ్బు మంజూరుచేయాలని కోరిన సీఎం.
2. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రస్తుత ప్రభుత్వం తప్పులేకున్నా… రుణాలపై కేంద్రం ఆంక్షలు విధించడం సరికాదని వివరించిన సీఎం. నిబంధనలు ప్రకారం ఇచ్చిన రుణ పరిమితిని కూడా తగ్గించారని, 2021-22లో రూ.42,472 కోట్ల రుణపరిమితి కల్పించి, తదుపరి కాలంలో రూ.17,923 కోట్లుకు కుదించిన విషయాన్ని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లిన సీఎం. ఈ విషయంలో సానుకూల నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాల్సిందిగా విజ్ఞప్తిచేసిన సీఎం
3. తెలంగాణ డిస్కంల నుంచి ఏపీ జెన్‌కోకు, 2014 జూన్ నుంచి 2017 జూన్ వరకూ సరఫరాచేసిన విద్యుత్తుకు సంబంధించి రూ.7,058 కోట్లు రావాల్సి ఉందని, ఈ డబ్బును వెంటనే ఇప్పించాల్సిందిగా కోరిన సీఎం.
4. 2014-15 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించి రాష్ట్రానికి రీసోర్స్‌ గ్యాప్‌ ఫండింగ్‌ కింద రూ.36,625 కోట్ల రూపాయలు పెండింగులో ఉన్నాయని, వాటిని విడుదల చేసేలా చూడాలని కోరిన సీఎం.
5. పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టును వేగవంతంగా ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడానికి అడహాక్ గా రూ.10 వేల కోట్లు మంజూరుచేయాలని కోరిన సీఎం.
6. డయాఫ్రంవాల్ ప్రాంతంలో చేయాల్సిన మరమ్మతులకు దాదాపు రూ.2020 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేయాల్సి ఉందని, వెంటనే ఈ నిధులు విడుదలచేయాలన్న సీఎం.
7. పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సొంతంగా ఖర్చుచేసిన రూ.2600.74 కోట్ల రూపాయలను సత్వరమే రీయింబర్స్ చేయాలన్న సీఎం.
8. పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు అంచనాలను టెక్నికల్అడ్వయిజరీ కమిటీ రూ. 55,548 కోట్లుగా నిర్థారించింది. దీనికి వెంటనే ఆమోదం తెలపాలని కోరుతున్నాను. దీంతోపాటు ప్రాజెక్టుకు సంబంధించి ఇతరత్రా అంశాలను కూడా చర్చించిన సీఎం.
9. రాష్ట్ర విభజన సమయంలో ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇస్తామంటూ పార్లమెంటు సాక్షిగా కేంద్రం హామీ ఇచ్చిందని, రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇవ్వాలని విజ్ఞప్తిచేసిన సీఎం.
