భారతదేశానికి తీవ్రమైన తల వంపులు తీసుకువచ్చి, దేశ ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియను అపహాస్యం చేస్తూ ఓట్లను దొంగిలించి తద్వారా దొంగ ప్రభుత్వాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ ఆ పార్టీ కేంద్రంలోని ఎన్డీఏ ప్రభుత్వ సారధి ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ దేశద్రోహానికి పాల్పడినందున వెంటనే ప్రధాని పదవికి రాజీనామా చేయాలని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ రాష్ట్ర ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి పఠాన్ మహమ్మద్ అలీ ఖాన్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు. కడపలోని తన కార్యాలయంలో శుక్రవారం జరిగిన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడారు.
కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం చీఫ్ కమిషనర్ జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ గుప్తా, హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా సంయుక్తంగా కలిసి ఓట్ల దొంగతనం చేశారని ధ్వజమెత్తారు. ఓటరు జాబితా ప్రత్యేక సమగ్ర సవరణ పేరుతో దేశంలోని 30 రాష్ట్రాలలో సుమారుగా 13 కోట్ల ఓటర్లను తొలగించారన్నారు. ఈ ఓట్ల దొంగతనం సర్ పేరుతో పది నెలల పాటు నిజమైన ఓటర్లను తొలగించి వారి ఓటు హక్కును కాజేసిన చీఫ్ ఎలక్షన్ కమిషనర్ జ్ఞానేశ్ కుమార్ ను దేశద్రోహం కేసు కింద అరెస్టు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. అంతేకాకుండా సూత్రధారులుగా ఓట్ల దొంగతనం తద్వారా దొంగ ఓట్ల ఫలితాలను తారుమారు చేసి దొంగ ప్రభుత్వాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ, కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా లను కూడా వెంటనే అరెస్టు చేసి దేశద్రోహం కింద కేసులు నమోదు చేయాలని కోరారు. ఇటీవల ఒక ఆంగ్ల దినపత్రిక ద్వారా ముగ్గురు కమిషనర్లు ఉన్న కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘంలో సుఖ్ బీర్ సింగ్ సింధు, వివేక్ జోషిల అభ్యంతరాలను కూడా పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోకుండా జ్ఞానేశ్ కుమార్ దొంగ ఓట్లను సమీకరించి, వాటిని భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ కి పోలైనట్లు సాంకేతిక ప్రక్రియ ద్వారా ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలను ధ్వంసం చేశాడన్నారు. ఈ విధంగా పది నెలల కాలంలో సుమారుగా ముగ్గురు కమిషనర్లు ఉన్న కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘంలో మిగిలిన ఇద్దరు కమిషనర్ల మెజారిటీ అభ్యంతరాలు, ఆవేదనను గణేష్ కుమార్ పట్టించుకోలేదని ఆరోపించారు.
గోవా రాష్ట్రంలో సర్ లో తొలగించిన 97 మంది ఓటర్లు నిజమైన ఓటర్లుగా అక్కడి ఎలక్ట్రోరల్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ అధికారి గుర్తించి, వాటిని తిరిగి ఓటర్లు జాబితాలో నమోదు చేసేందుకు చేసిన ప్రయత్నాన్ని పూర్తిగా కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం అడ్డుకుందన్నారు. దీనిపై దుమారం రేగడంతో ఇండియన్ ఎక్స్ ప్రెస్ జర్నలిస్టు రితిక చోప్రా పరిశోధించి ఎన్నికల కమిషన్ దొంగ ఓట్ల బాగోతాన్ని బయటపెట్టారన్నారు. ఇదివరకే లోక్సభ ప్రతిపక్ష నేత రాహుల్ గాంధీ అన్ని ఆధారాలతో కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం ద్వారా ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ, కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా చేస్తున్న దేశద్రోహం, ఓట్ల దొంగతనం, మోసం, దొంగ ప్రభుత్వాల ఏర్పాటు గురించి దేశ ప్రజలకు, ప్రపంచానికి తెలియజేశారన్నారు. కిందిస్థాయి ఎన్నికల అధికారులకు కూడా వీలు లేకుండా కేవలం బిజెపికి అనుకూలంగా ఓ ప్రత్యేక సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ తయారుచేసిన చీఫ్ ఎలక్షన్ కమిషన్ జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ గుప్తా ఓట్ల దొంగతనానికి పాల్పడ్డారని ఆరోపించారు. భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ భావజాలంతో పూర్తిగా దేశాన్ని భ్రష్టు పట్టించి దేశ వ్యవస్థలను ధ్వంసం చేసిందన్నారు.
ఎన్నికల వ్యవస్థను పూర్తిగా నిర్వీర్యం చేస్తూ ప్రజల ఓట్లను దొంగతనం చేసిన దేశద్రోహులుగా మోడీ, అమిత్ షా, జ్ఞానేష్ కుమార్ లను దేశద్రోహం కేసు కింద వెంటనే అరెస్టు చేసి విచారణ జరిపించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. లేనిపక్షంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ భారీ స్థాయిలో ప్రజా ఆందోళన చేపడుతుందని హెచ్చరించారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ జిల్లా మైనార్టీ సెల్ అధ్యక్షుడు మయాన రహమతుల్లా ఖాన్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Congress State General Secretary Pathan Mohammad Ali Khan demanded the immediate resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi—the leader of the BJP-led NDA government—accusing him of treason. He alleged that the BJP brought disgrace to India, made a mockery of the electoral process, and formed illegitimate governments by stealing votes. He made these remarks during a press conference held at his office in Kadapa on Friday.
He lashed out at Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar Gupta and Home Minister Amit Shah, alleging that they colluded to steal votes. He stated that approximately 13 crore voters across 30 states were removed under the guise of a special, comprehensive revision of the electoral rolls. He demanded the arrest of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on charges of treason for stripping genuine voters of their voting rights over a ten-month period. Furthermore, they demanded the immediate arrest and booking of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on charges of treason, alleging that they were the masterminds behind vote theft—manipulating results through fraudulent votes to install illegitimate governments. Citing a recent report in an English daily, they alleged that within the three-member Election Commission of India, Gyanesh Kumar disregarded the objections raised by fellow commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi; instead, he consolidated fraudulent votes and used technical processes to skew the election results in favor of the Bharatiya Janata Party. It was alleged that over a ten-month period, Gyanesh Kumar consistently ignored the objections and concerns raised by the majority—the other two commissioners—within the panel.
They further stated that the Election Commission of India completely blocked efforts by the local Electoral Registration Officer in Goa to reinstate 97 individuals to the voters’ list after identifying them as genuine voters who had been previously removed. Following the ensuing controversy, *Indian Express* journalist Ritika Chopra investigated the matter and exposed the Election Commission’s involvement in the fraudulent voting scandal. It was noted that Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, had already exposed—with supporting evidence presented via the Election Commission of India—the acts of treason, vote theft, fraud, and the installation of illegitimate governments perpetrated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Allegations were raised against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar Gupta for facilitating vote theft through special software designed exclusively to favor the BJP, effectively bypassing even lower-level election officials. It was further stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party, driven by RSS ideology, has completely ruined the nation and dismantled its institutions.
Demands were made for the immediate arrest and prosecution—on charges of treason—of Modi, Amit Shah, and Gyanesh Kumar, accusing them of stealing people’s votes and undermining the electoral system. A warning was issued that the Congress party would launch a massive public agitation if these demands were not met. Congress Party District Minority Cell President Mayana Rahmatullah Khan and others participated in this meeting.
