Full Fee Reimbursement – Regularly paid quarterly fees as soon as that quarter is due
9.86 lakh students for the quarter of October – December 2022 Rs. 698.68 crores today (19.03.2023) CM Shri YS Jagan will deposit directly into the accounts of students’ mothers at the touch of a button in Tiruvuru, NTR district.
The arrears from the year 2017 for the partial fee reimbursement given by the previous government is Rs. 1,778 crores, so far the total assistance given by Shri YS Jagan government under Jagananna Vidya Devena and Jagananna Dharam Devena is Rs. 13,311 crores.
There are no limits to the Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Jagananna Dharam Deevena schemes offered by Shri YS Jagan’s government to help poor students pursue higher studies. As many people in the family can study as many people can study.

Shri YS Jagan’s government has been directly depositing the full fees payable to the colleges by the poor students studying ITI, polytechnic, degree, engineering, medicine and other courses in the accounts of the mothers of the students regularly after the end of that quarter with the lofty goal of making the poor students also pursue higher studies.
Jagananna’s accommodation is blessed – Vasati Deevena
ITI students in two installments every year without having to worry about food and lodging expenses for poor students pursuing higher education. 10 thousand, polytechnic students Rs. 15 thousand, degree, engineering, medicine and other courses for Rs. 20 thousand per financial aid. Shri YS Jagan’s government is directly depositing the number of students in the family into the accounts of their mothers twice a year.
To increase accountability in colleges, give mothers the right to question and empower mothers by directly depositing financial aid into the accounts of students’ mothers.
The previous government did not even think of giving full fee reimbursement to the poor students pursuing higher studies, even the partial fee reimbursement was delayed for years, the situation of huge arrears, food and accommodation expenses, the previous government also gave partial fee reimbursement.
Promotion of higher education
Jagananna Vidya Deevena, Jagananna Dharam Deevena by providing financial assistance for food and lodging facilities along with full fee reimbursement for poor students to pursue higher education.
4-year honors courses and 30 percent skill development courses to increase the skills of the students to get immediate employment by changing the curriculum to meet the current needs with a job-oriented curriculum.
By putting 10 months compulsory internship in the curriculum, Shri YS Jagan government is preparing the students according to the requirements of the industries.
Agreement with Microsoft to train 1.62 lakh students in 40 skills, already 1.07 lakh people have been trained in Microsoft technology and 73 thousand people in other cutting-edge technologies, distribution of certificates, AP is the only state in the country to achieve more than 1.75 lakh certifications in a single calendar year.
The reforms of Shri YS Jagan’s government are giving good results
In 2018-19, the number of students who did not go for studies on Inter Pass was 81,813, but due to the education and accommodation benefits introduced by the Jagananna government, this number has significantly reduced to 22,387 by 2022-23. In 2018-19, the average number of students who did not go for higher education was 20.37 percent, and by 2022-23, this average has come down to 6.62 percent.
Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) increased to 37.2 in 2020-21 from 32.4 in 2018-19. Steps will be taken to bring the GER percentage to 70 in the coming days. In 2018–19, on an average, 81 girls were enrolled in colleges for every 100 boys, and this average increased to 94 by 2020–21.
Campus placements have also increased significantly from 37,000 in 2018-19 to 85,000 by 2021-22.
Providing transparent schemes to all the deserving people without discrimination of caste, religion and party and without resorting to bribes, only on reforms in the education sector, the total expenditure of Shri YS Jagan’s government in the last 45 months is Rs. 57,642.36 crores.
Steps towards digital education
Free tabs with Byjus content for 8th standard students, 30,213 interactive flat panels in every classroom above 6th standard in schools already developed by Nadu, 10,038 Smart TVs in foundation and foundation plus schools.
Shri YS Jagan’s government introduced revolutionary reforms in the education system with the aim that government schools should not compete with corporate schools, but corporate schools should compete with government schools.

ఇంటర్ పాసై పై చదువులకు వెళ్ళని విద్యార్ధుల సంఖ్య 2018–19 లో 81,813 కాగా జగనన్న ప్రభుత్వం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన విద్యా దీవెన, వసతి దీవెన కారణంగా ఈ సంఖ్య గణనీయంగా తగ్గి 2022 –23 నాటికి 22,387 కి చేరింది. 2018 – 19 లో పై చదువులకు వెళ్ళని విద్యార్ధుల సగటు 20.37 శాతం కాగా, 2022–23 నాటికి ఈ సగటు 6.62 శాతంకి తగ్గింది.
2018–19 సంవత్సరంలో 32.4 గా ఉన్న స్ధూల నమోదు నిష్పత్తి (జీఈఆర్) 2020–21 సంవత్సరానికి 37.2 కి పెరిగింది. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో జీఈఆర్ శాతం 70 కి తీసుకువెళ్ళేలా చర్యలు. 2018–19లో సగటున ప్రతి 100 మంది బాలురకు 81 మంది బాలికలు కళాశాలల్లో చేరితే 2020–21 నాటికి ఈ సగటు 94 కు పెరిగింది.
2018–19 లో 37,000 గా ఉన్న క్యాంపస్ ప్లేస్మెంట్స్ కూడా గణనీయంగా పెరిగి 2021 – 22 సంవత్సరానికి 85,000 కు చేరడం విశేషం
అర్హులందరికీ క్రమం తప్పకుండా కుల, మత, పార్టీ వివక్ష లేకుండా, లంచాలకు తావు లేకుండా పారదర్శకంగా పథకాలు అందిస్తూ కేవలం విద్యారంగంలో సంస్కరణలపై మాత్రమే శ్రీ వైఎస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం గత 45 నెలల్లో చేసిన వ్యయం మొత్తం రూ. 57,642.36 కోట్లు.
