వివిధ సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, కార్యక్రమాల ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం మహిళలకు అందించిన లబ్ధిని పరిశీలిస్తే.. 2019 ఎన్నికల నాటికి పొదుపు సంఘాల బ్యాంకు రుణాల మొత్తం రూ. 25,517 కోట్ల సొమ్మును 4 విడతల్లో మహిళా పొదుపు సంఘాల ఖాతాల్లో నేరుగా జమ చేసి వారి స్వావలంబన, సాధికారత మరియు జీవనోపాధి మార్గాలు మెరుగుపరిచేందుకు వీలుగా వైఎస్సార్ ఆసరా పథకాన్ని తీసుకుని వచ్చి ఇప్పటికే వరుసగా రెండు విడతలుగా లబ్ధిని అందజేసింది. ఈ పథకం ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 7.97 లక్షల స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల్లోని సుమారు 78.74 లక్షల మందికి ఆర్థిక లబ్ధి చేకూరింది. అంతేకాకుండా మహిళలు వ్యాపారవేత్తలుగా రాణించేందుకు P&G, ITC, RELIANCE, HUL వంటి వ్యాపార దిగ్గజాలు, బహుళ జాతి సంస్థలు, బ్యాంకులతో ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకొని తోడ్పాటునందిస్తోంది. కార్పొరేట్ సంస్థలు, బ్యాంకులతో అనుసంధానం చేసి ప్రభుత్వం అందించిన సహకారంతో కిరాణా దుకాణాలు, వస్త్ర వ్యాపారం, ఆవులు, గేదెలు, గొర్రెలు, మేకల పెంపకంతో పాటు ఇతర జీవనోపాధులు ద్వారా లక్షలాది మంది నెలకు రూ.7 వేల నుండి రూ. 10 వేల వరకు అదనపు ఆదాయం పొందుతున్నారు.
45 నుండి 60 ఏళ్ల లోపు ఉన్న కాపు, బలిజ, తెలగ, ఒంటరి కులాలకు చెందిన పేద మహిళల ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధి, జీవన ప్రమాణాలు పెంచేందుకు వీలుగా ‘వైఎస్సార్ కాపు నేస్తం’ ద్వారా ఏటా రూ.15 వేలు చొప్పున 5 ఏళ్లలో మొత్తం రూ.75 వేల ఆర్థిక సాయం అందిస్తోంది. ఈ మూడేళ్లలో 3,27,349 మంది కాపు మహిళలకు ఒక్కోక్కరికి రూ. 45 వేల చొప్పన రూ. 981.88 కోట్ల లబ్ధిని అందించింది. అలాగే మేనిఫెస్టోలో చెప్పకపోయినా మహిళా సాధికారతకు పెద్దపీట వేస్తూ ఈబీసీ (ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన ఓసీ వర్గాలు) లోని పేద మహిళల కోసం ‘వైఎస్సార్ ఈబీసీ నేస్తం’ అమలు చేస్తోంది. ‘‘వైఎస్సార్ ఈబీసీ నేస్తం’’ద్వారా 45 నుండి 60 ఏళ్లలోపు ఉన్న రెడ్డి, కమ్మ, ఆర్యవైశ్య, బ్రాహ్మణ, క్షత్రియ, వెలమలతో పాటు ఇతర ఓసీ వర్గాలకు చెందిన అర్హులైన 3,92,674 మందికి ఏటా రూ. 15,000 చొప్పున మూడేళ్లలో మొత్తం రూ. 45,000ల ఆర్ధిక సాయం చేకూర్చింది.
అమ్మ కడుపులోని బిడ్డ నుండి ఆప్యాయంగా ఆశీర్వదించే అవ్వల వరకు మహిళలకు అన్ని దశల్లోనూ అండగా నిలచి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదుకుంటుంది. వైఎస్సార్ సంపూర్ణ పోషణ ద్వారా గర్భవతులు, బాలింతలు, చిన్నారుల ఆరోగ్య పరిరక్షణ కొరకు సంపూర్ణ పోషక విలువలతో కూడిన పౌష్టికాహారం పంపిణీ చేస్తుంది. మన బడి నాడు నేడు ద్వారా కౌమార బాలికల ఆత్మగౌరవం నిలబెట్టేలా పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రత్యేక మరుగుదొడ్ల నిర్మాణం, స్వేచ్ఛ పథకం ద్వారా కిశోర బాలికలకు ఉచితంగా శానిటరీ నాప్ కిన్స్ పంపిణీతో పాటు మహిళల భద్రత కోసం అభయం, దిశ యాప్ ల రూపకల్పనతో కొండంత అండగా నిలిచింది. గ్రామ/వార్డు సచివాలయాలలో మహిళా కానిస్టేబుళ్ల నియామించింది. మహిళా సాధికారతకు మరింత ఊతమిచ్చేలా మహిళల పేరు మీదే ఇళ్ల పట్టాలు, ఇళ్లు మంజూరు చేసింది. ఇప్పటికే 30.76 లక్షల మంది మహిళలకు ఉచిత ఇళ్ళ పట్టాల పంపిణీ పూర్తి చేసింది. ఇళ్ల పట్టా, ఇల్లు ఇచ్చిన రోజునే అక్కచెల్లెమ్మల పేరు మీద రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేస్తోంది. 60 ఏళ్లు పైబడిన అవ్వలకు, వితంతువులకు, ఒంటరి మహిళలకు వైఎస్సార్ పెన్షన్ కానుక అందిస్తోంది. నామినేటెడ్ పదవులు, నామినేషన్ పనుల్లో మహిళలకు 50 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు చేస్తూ చట్టం తీసుకొచ్చింది. కేబినెట్ లో మహిళలకు హోం శాఖ, వైద్య, ఆరోగ్యం వంటి కీలక శాఖలు అప్పగించడంతో ఒక మహిళకు ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా అవకాశం కల్పించింది. అలాగే స్థానిక సంస్థల పదవుల్లో మహిళలకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తూ కార్పొరేషన్, మున్సిపాల్టీలలో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా మహిళలకు 61 శాతం పదవులను వై.ఎస్. జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఆధ్వర్యంలోని ప్రభుత్వం అప్పగించింది. మహిళలను వారి కాళ్ళ మీద వారిని నిలబెడుతూ జగనన్న అమ్మఒడి, వైఎస్సార్ పెన్షన్ కానుక, వైఎస్సార్ ఆసరా, వైఎస్సార్ సున్నా వడ్డీ, వైఎస్సార్ చేయూత, వైఎస్సార్ కాపు నేస్తం, మహిళల పేరిట ఉచిత ఇళ్ళ పట్టాలు, ఇళ్ళు మొదలైన పథకాల ద్వారా సంక్షేమ ఫలాలు అందిస్తూ నూతన చరిత్రను లిఖించిందనడంలో సందేహం లేదు.
