రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 23 స్పాట్ వాల్యుయేషన్ కేంద్రాల్లో అత్యుత్తమంగా పనిచేసిన ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరీ శ్రీ. ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్ కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు. ఇటీవలే గుంటూరు, బాపట్లలోని వాల్యుయేషన్ కేంద్రాలను సందర్శించిన ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్ బుధవారం ఉపాధ్యాయులతో ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో సంభాషిస్తూ ఆ విషయాన్ని గుర్తుచేసుకున్నారు. 40 డిగ్రీల సెల్సియస్ ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదవుతున్నప్పటికీ దాదాపు 8 గంటలపాటు ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ పరీక్షా పత్రాలను మూల్యాంకనం చేస్తున్నారని ఈ సందర్భంగా అభినందించారు. ఎంపిక చేసిన వాల్యుయేషన్ కేంద్రాలు నాణ్యతా ప్రమాణాలకు దూరంగా ఉండటం బాధాకరమన్నారు.
సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకుని, పోలీసు, రెవెన్యూ, ఇంధనం తదితర శాఖల సహకారం తీసుకున్నప్పటికీ కేంద్రాలను ఎంపిక చేసే విషయంలో కొంత మంది అధికారులు అలసత్వం ప్రదర్శించారని ఆయన ఎత్తిచూపారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో అమలవుతున్న ద్విభాషా పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు, జగనన్న అమ్మ ఒడి, మనబడి నాడు –నేడు వంటి ప్రతిష్టాత్మక కార్యక్రమాలపై దేశం మొత్తం ప్రశంసలు కురిపిస్తుందని ఆయన అన్నారు. విద్యా రంగానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం రూ.35,000 కోట్లకు పైగా బడ్జెట్‌ను కేటాయించిందన్నారు.
దేశంలోనే 23 స్పాట్ వాల్యుయేషన్ కేంద్రాలను ఉత్తమంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. వర్క్‌ ఫ్లోను సులభతరం చేయడానికి, 50% వాల్యుయేటర్‌ల సంఖ్యను పెంచడానికి ప్రభుత్వం 12 గంటల కంటే తక్కువ సమయం తీసుకుందని ఆయన అన్నారు.
వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ సన్నద్ధం కావడానికి రెండు సుశిక్షతమైన శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాశ్ తెలిపారు. ఉపాధ్యాయులు కోరినట్లుగా, ఉన్నత విద్యా మండలి ద్వారా ట్యాబ్‌లు, ఇంటరాక్టివ్ ఫ్లాట్ ప్యానెల్‌లు, స్మార్ట్ టీవీలు, బైజూస్ కంటెంట్ మరియు కనెక్టివిటీ కోసం సాంకేతికతను ఉపయోగించడంలో 4-5 మాడ్యూళ్లలో ఆన్‌లైన్ మరియు ఆఫ్‌లైన్ రెండింటిలోనూ బ్లెండెడ్ ట్రైనింగ్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. రెండవ కార్యక్రమంలో ఐఐటీ మద్రాస్ వంటి ప్రఖ్యాత సంస్థలతో గణితం, సైన్స్ మరియు ఆంగ్లం బోధించే ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ ఆన్ లైన్ ఫ్లాట్ ఫామ్ “దీక్షా” వేదికపై శిక్షణ ఇస్తామన్నారు.
పాఠశాల విద్యకు సంబంధించి ఎలాంటి సమస్యలున్నా 9013133636 నంబర్‌కు కాల్‌ చేయాలని శ్రీ. ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్ తెలిపారు. 8వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు గణితం-2 పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు అందించని పార్వతీపురం మన్యం జిల్లా విషయానికి సంబంధించి, సమస్యను గుర్తించిన 12 గంటల్లోనే 40 పుస్తకాలు అందించామన్నారు. భవిష్యత్తులో ఇలాంటి సంఘటనలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా ఉపాధ్యాయులు, అధికారులు మరింత అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరీ శ్రీ. ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్ సూచించారు.

School Education Principal Secretary Shri. Praveen Prakash thanked. Praveen Prakash, who recently visited the valuation centers in Guntur and Bapatla, recalled that while interacting with the teachers online on Wednesday. It was appreciated on this occasion that the teachers were evaluating the SSC exam papers for almost 8 hours despite the 40 degree Celsius temperature. It is unfortunate that the selected valuation centers are far from quality standards.
He pointed out that some officials have shown laxity in selecting the centers despite the use of technology and the cooperation of the police, revenue, energy and other departments. He said that the whole country would appreciate the prestigious programs like bilingual textbooks, Jagananna Amma Odi, Manabadi Nadu – Nedu being implemented in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He said that the Andhra Pradesh government has allocated a budget of more than Rs.35,000 crores for the education sector.
He opined that there is a need to optimize the 23 spot valuation centers in the country. He said it took the government less than 12 hours to increase the number of valuators by 50% to ease the work flow.
Praveen Prakash said that two well-educated training programs will be organized to prepare all the teachers for the next academic year. Blended training program both online and offline in 4-5 modules in use of technology for Tabs, Interactive Flat Panels, Smart TVs, Byjus content and connectivity will be imparted by Higher Education Council as requested by the teachers. In the second program, all the teachers teaching Mathematics, Science and English will be trained on the online platform “Deeksha” with renowned institutes like IIT Madras.
