ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ (AI), క్వాంటమ్ కంప్యూటింగ్, డీప్టెక్, అగ్రిటెక్ , స్టార్టప్ రంగాలను అత్యంత వేగంగా బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం బృహత్తర ప్రణాళికలతో ముందుకెళుతోంది. అకాడమియా, ప్రపంచ స్థాయి పరిశ్రమలు, పరిశోధనా సంస్థలు, ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఒకే గొడుగు కిందకు తీసుకువచ్చేలా ‘పాన్-ఐఐటీ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వరల్డ్ కౌన్సిల్’ను రాబోయే నెల రోజుల్లో అమరావతి వేదికగా ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశాల మేరకు నిర్ణయించారు. రాజధాని అమరావతిని ప్రపంచ స్థాయి క్వాంటమ్ , ఏఐ వ్యాలీగా మార్చేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టమైన రోడ్మ్యాప్ను సిద్ధం చేసింది.
విజయవాడ వేదికగా అక్టోబరు 2, 3 తేదీల్లో జరిగిన ప్రతిష్టాత్మక ‘పాన్-ఐఐటీ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సమిట్-2026 (అమరావతి ఎంగేజ్)’ సదస్సు అపూర్వ విజయాన్ని సాధించింది. అక్టోబర్ 3న జరిగిన ప్రధాన సదస్సులో ఏకంగా 1,092 మంది ప్రతినిధులు ప్రత్యక్షంగా పాల్గొనగా, మొత్తం 1,217 మంది భాగస్వాములు ముందస్తుగా పేర్లు నమోదు చేసుకుని రాష్ట్ర సాంకేతిక భవిష్యత్తుపై దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.
స్టార్టప్లకు రూ. 500 కోట్ల వెంచర్ ఫండ్ & ఫంక్షనల్ రీసెర్చ్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్లు
ఈ ప్రతిష్టాత్మక పాన్-ఐఐటీ సమిట్ అనంతరం రాష్ట్రంలో కొత్తగా రూపుదిద్దుకునే నవ్యాలోచనలకు, స్టార్టప్లకు ప్రారంభ నిధులు (సీడ్ క్యాపిటల్) ఉదారంగా అందించేందుకు రూ.500 కోట్లతో ప్రత్యేక వెంచర్ ఫండ్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ప్రతిపాదించారు. ఈ భారీ వెంచర్ ఫండ్లో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూ.100 కోట్ల మేర స్వయంగా వాటా సమకూర్చేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉంది. ఆర్థిక సహాయంతో పాటు స్టార్టప్లకు పరిశ్రమల ప్రముఖుల నుంచి నేరుగా మార్గదర్శకత్వం (మెంటార్షిప్) అందించేందుకు ‘ఫంక్షనల్ రీసెర్చ్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్లు’ ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ఐటీ, సైన్స్ అండ్ టెక్నాలజీ విభాగాల ఆధ్వర్యంలో అమరావతిలో అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలతో కూడిన ప్రత్యేక కౌన్సిల్, రీసెర్చ్ హబ్ను నిర్మించి గ్లోబల్ నెట్వర్క్ను అనుసంధానించనున్నారు.
పాఠశాల స్థాయి నుంచే ఏఐ బోధన.. ప్రత్యేక ‘ఏఐ ట్యూటర్లు’
రాష్ట్రంలో కోటి మందికి ఏఐ నైపుణ్యాలు అందించాలనే దార్శనిక లక్ష్యంలో భాగంగా, ఉన్నత విద్య ,పాఠశాల స్థాయిలోనే 50 శాతానికి పైగా విద్యార్థులకు విద్యాభ్యాస సమయంలోనే ఏఐ శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించారు. హై స్కూల్, అప్పర్ ప్రైమరీ స్థాయిల నుంచే ఏఐ ప్రాథమిక అంశాలపై పట్టు సాధించేలా ప్రణాళికలు రచిస్తున్నారు. విద్యార్థులకు గూగుల్ తరహా రెడీమేడ్ సమాధానాలు ఇచ్చేలా కాకుండా, వారు సొంతంగా ఆలోచించి సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారాలు కనుగొనేలా ప్రోత్సహించే ప్రత్యేక ‘ఏఐ ట్యూటర్లను’ అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్నారు. డిజిటల్ పబ్లిక్ ఇన్ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్ ద్వారా ఐఐటీల సహకారంతో ఈ వినూత్న వ్యవస్థ రూపుదిద్దుకోనుంది. క్వాంటమ్, ఏఐ, సైబర్ సెక్యూరిటీ వంటి ఆధునిక కోర్సులకు ఇప్పటివరకు 26,000 మంది విద్యార్థులు నమోదు చేసుకోగా, వీటిని అధికారిక అకడమిక్ క్రెడిట్ విధానంతో జోడించారు.
అమరావతి క్వాంటమ్ వ్యాలీ.. వినూత్న ‘క్యూ-శివ’ ప్రాజెక్టు
రాష్ట్రంలో క్వాంటమ్ సిస్టమ్ హార్డ్వేర్, సిస్టమ్ ఇంటిగ్రేషన్, ప్రాసెసింగ్ వాలిడేషన్ సాంకేతికతల ముమ్మర అభివృద్ధికై ‘క్యూ-శివ’ ప్రాజెక్టును త్వరలోనే ప్రారంభించేందుకు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు. అమరావతి క్వాంటమ్ వ్యాలీ సాంకేతికతను విద్యుత్ రంగాన్ని క్రమబద్ధీకరించడం, రైల్వే రవాణా, పోర్టుల సమర్థ నిర్వహణ, ప్రజారోగ్య రక్షణ, అంతరిక్ష పరిశోధనలలో ప్రత్యక్షంగా అనుసంధానించనున్నారు. పాలనలో పారదర్శకత కోసం ప్రభుత్వ కాంట్రాక్టర్లలో జవాబుదారీతనం పెంచేలా రియల్-టైమ్ డ్యాష్బోర్డులు ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. తయారీ, ఏరోస్పేస్, డిఫెన్స్ రంగాలలో క్వాలిటీ చెకింగ్ కోసం ఎడ్జ్-ఏఐ ని విస్తృతంగా అనుసంధానించనున్నారు.
రైతన్నలకు సాంకేతిక మేలు.. ప్రాంతీయ భాషలోనే ‘తెలుగు ఏఐ మేంటార్’
వ్యవసాయ రంగాన్ని మరింత అభివృద్ధి చేసి లాభసాటిగా మార్చేందుకు క్షేత్రస్థాయి రైతన్నలకు వారి సొంత ప్రాంతీయ భాషలోనే సాంకేతిక ఉచిత సలహాలు అందించే ‘తెలుగు ఏఐ మేంటార్’ వ్యవస్థను ఆవిష్కరించనున్నారు. ఈ ఏఐ మేంటార్ ద్వారా పొలాలకు సాగునీటి నిర్వహణ సలహాలు, ధాన్యం సేకరణ స్లాట్ల కేటాయింపు, సీజన్ వారీగా కూలీల లభ్యత అంచనాలు, వాతావరణ హెచ్చరికలను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు రైతులకు సులభంగా చేరవేస్తారు.

నవాలోచనల సేకరణ కోసం రూపొందించిన ‘అమరావతి ఎంగేజ్’ యాప్కు అనూహ్య స్పందన లభించింది. పరిశ్రమల నిపుణులు, ఐఐటీ పూర్వ విద్యార్థులు ఉత్సాహంగా పాల్గొని 196 వినూత్న ప్రతిపాదనలను అందించగా, అందులో అగ్రి టెక్ – రైతులు, నీటి భద్రత (28 ఐడియాలు), జనరల్ ఐడియాస్ (28), పాలనలో ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ (27), డీప్ టెక్ అండ్ ప్రొడక్ట్ పెర్ఫెక్షన్ (21), స్కిల్లింగ్ అండ్ ఎంటర్ప్రెన్యూర్ షిప్ (20), ఇంధనం-స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర (16) వంటి విభాగాలు అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత కలిగిన ‘స్ట్రాటజిక్’ మరియు ‘హై’ సిగ్నల్స్గా వర్గీకరించబడ్డాయి.

పాన్-ఐఐటీ సమిట్ నిర్వహణ, లోతైన ప్యానెల్ చర్చల నాణ్యతపై హాజరైన ప్రతినిధుల నుంచి విశేష స్పందన వ్యక్తమైంది. అభిప్రాయాలు అందించిన 788 మంది ప్రతినిధులలో ఈ సదస్సుకు 5 పాయింట్లకు గానూ 4.45 ఓవరాల్ సగటు రేటింగ్ లభించింది. ‘ఏఐ యుగంలో ఇంధనం – స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర’ సెషన్ 4.54 రేటింగ్తో ప్రథమ స్థానంలో నిలవగా, ‘అగ్రిటెక్’ సెషన్ 4.47 రేటింగ్తో ద్వితీయ స్థానం పొందింది. ఐఐటీ పూర్వ విద్యార్థుల అంతర్జాతీయ మేధస్సును, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ సంస్కరణల పట్టుదలను జోడించి ‘స్వర్ణాంధ్ర 2047’ దార్శనిక లక్ష్యాల సాధనకు ఈ పాన్ ఐఐటీ సమిట్ చారిత్రాత్మక మైలురాయిగా నిలిచింది.

The Andhra Pradesh government is moving forward with ambitious plans to rapidly strengthen sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Computing, DeepTech, AgriTech, and the startup ecosystem within the state. Under the Chief Minister’s directives, a decision has been made to establish the ‘Pan-IIT Andhra Pradesh World Council’ in Amaravati within the coming month, bringing academia, global industries, research institutions, and the government together under one umbrella. The government has prepared a clear roadmap to transform the capital city, Amaravati, into a world-class Quantum and AI Valley. The prestigious ‘Pan-IIT Andhra Pradesh Summit-2026 (Amaravati Engage),’ held in Vijayawada on October 2 and 3, achieved remarkable success. A total of 1,217 participants registered for the event, with 1,092 delegates attending the main conference on October 3 in person to help chart the course for the state’s technological future.
**Rs. 500 Crore Venture Fund for Startups & Functional Research Organizations**
Following this prestigious Pan-IIT summit, a proposal was made to establish a special venture fund worth Rs. 500 crore to provide generous seed capital for new ideas and startups emerging in the state. The state government is prepared to contribute Rs. 100 crore as its own share to this substantial venture fund. In addition to financial support, ‘Functional Research Organizations’ will be set up to provide startups with direct mentorship from industry leaders. Under the aegis of the state’s IT and Science & Technology departments, a dedicated council and research hub meeting international standards will be constructed in Amaravati to facilitate integration with global networks. AI Instruction from the School Level… Specialized ‘AI Tutors’
As part of the visionary goal to equip ten million people in the state with AI skills, a decision has been made to provide AI training to over 50% of students during their academic tenure, spanning both school and higher education levels. Plans are being formulated to ensure students gain a grasp of AI fundamentals starting from the upper primary and high school stages. Specialized ‘AI tutors’ are being developed to encourage students to think independently and find solutions to problems, rather than simply providing ready-made answers (like those from Google). This innovative system is set to take shape through digital public infrastructure with the collaboration of IITs. So far, 26,000 students have enrolled in modern courses such as Quantum Computing, AI, and Cybersecurity, which have been integrated into the formal academic credit system.
Amaravati Quantum Valley… The Innovative ‘Q-Shiva’ Project
Preparations are underway to soon launch the ‘Q-Shiva’ project, aimed at the intensive development of technologies related to quantum system hardware, system integration, and processing validation within the state. Amaravati Quantum Valley technology will be directly integrated into sectors such as power grid management, railway transport, efficient port operations, public health, and space research. To ensure transparency in governance, real-time dashboards will be established to enhance accountability among government contractors. Edge-AI will be extensively deployed for quality control in the manufacturing, aerospace, and defense sectors.
Technological benefits for farmers: ‘Telugu AI Mentor’ in the regional language
To further develop the agricultural sector and make it profitable, the ‘Telugu AI Mentor‘ system is being launched to provide free technical advice to farmers in their own regional language. Through this AI mentor, farmers will easily receive timely updates on irrigation management, grain procurement slot allocations, seasonal labor availability forecasts, and weather alerts.
196 innovative ideas via the ‘Amaravati Engage’ app
The ‘Amaravati Engage’ app, designed to gather innovative ideas, has received an overwhelming response. Industry experts and IIT alumni enthusiastically submitted 196 innovative proposals; among these, categories such as Agri-tech (focusing on farmers), Water Security (28 ideas), General Ideas (28), AI in Governance (27), Deep Tech & Product Perfection (21), Skilling & Entrepreneurship (20), and Energy & Clean Andhra (16) were classified as high-priority ‘Strategic’ and ‘High-Signal’ initiatives.
Delegate Acclaim: Summit Receives Overall Rating of 4.45
The summit received an overwhelming response from delegates regarding its organization and the quality of the in-depth panel discussions. Based on feedback from 788 delegates, the event secured an overall average rating of 4.45 out of 5. The session on ‘Energy & Clean Andhra in the AI Era’ topped the list with a rating of 4.54, while the ‘Agri-tech‘ session secured the second spot with a rating of 4.47.
By combining the global intellectual prowess of students with the State government’s steadfast commitment to reform, this Pan-IIT Summit has emerged as a historic milestone in the pursuit of the visionary goals of ‘Swarnandhra 2047’.
