ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ను పెట్టుబడులు, పరిశ్రమలు, ఉపాధి కల్పనకు దేశంలోనే అత్యుత్తమ గమ్య స్థానంగా తీర్చిదిద్దే లక్ష్యంతో బిల్డ్ ఏపీ నినాదంతో ముందుకు సాగుతున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తెలిపారు. సీఐఐ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు-2026 కర్టెన్ రైజర్ కార్యక్రమంలో కేంద్ర వాణిజ్య, పరిశ్రమల శాఖ మంత్రి పీయూష్ గోయెల్తో కలిసి సీఎం పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్టుబడుల అవకాశాలు, కేంద్రం అందిస్తున్న సహకారం, వివిధ రంగాల్లో చేపడుతున్న ప్రాజెక్టులు, భవిష్యత్ కార్యాచరణను పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు వివరించారు. గత ఏడాది నిర్వహించిన భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సులో రూ.13.50 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడులకు ఒప్పందాలు జరిగాయని చంద్రబాబు తెలిపారు. గడచిన 28 నెలల్లో రూ.22 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడులను సాధించగలిగామని చెప్పారు. కేవలం ఎంవోయూలకే పరిమితం కాకుండా వాటిని వాస్తవ పెట్టుబడులుగా మలిచేలా ప్రత్యేకంగా దృష్టి సారించామని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు స్పష్టం చేశారు. గూగుల్ 1 గిగావాట్ డేటా సెంటర్, ఆర్సెలార్ మిత్తల్ వంటి ప్రముఖ సంస్థలు ఏపీకి వస్తున్నాయని తెలిపారు. గతంలో ప్రకటించినట్టుగా పారిశ్రామిక ప్రోత్సాహకాల ఎస్క్రో ఖాతా ఈ ఏడాది నవంబరు 12, 13 తేదీల్లో ప్రారంభించనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. పెట్టుబడులకు అడ్డంకిగా ఉన్న నాలా చట్టాన్ని రద్దు చేశామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రగతికి ఉపయోగపడే ఏ విధానాన్నైనా తక్షణమే అమలు చేయడానికి ఏపీ సిద్ధంగా ఉందన్నారు. వ్యవసాయం, పరిశ్రమలు, సేవల రంగాల్లోని అపార అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకునేలా స్పీడ్ ఆఫ్ డూయింగ్ బిజినెస్ అమలు చేస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు.
నీటి వనరులు… గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి
గోదావరి, కృష్ణా, పెన్నా, తుంగభద్ర, కావేరి నదులను అనుసంధానిస్తే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్తో పాటు కర్ణాటక, తమిళనాడు రాష్ట్రాలకు నీటి కొరత ఉండదని చంద్రబాబు అన్నారు. రాయలసీమను గ్లోబల్ హార్టికల్చర్ హబ్గా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నామని తెలిపారు. సౌత్ఈస్ట్ ఏషియాకు గేట్వేగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ను మార్చడమే తమ లక్ష్యమన్నారు. 500 గిగావాట్ల గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ లక్ష్యంలో ఇప్పటికే 110 గిగావాట్ల విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తికి ఒప్పందాలు కుదిరాయని తెలిపారు. గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ ట్రాన్స్మిషన్ కారిడార్ ఏర్పాటు చేసే ఆలోచనలో ఉన్నామని చెప్పారు. దుగరాజపట్నంలో షిప్ బిల్డింగ్ సెంటర్ ఏర్పాటుకు మజగావ్ డాక్యార్డ్ లిమిటెడ్ ముందుకు వచ్చిందని, మచిలీపట్నంలో నౌకా నిర్మాణ కేంద్రం ఏర్పాటుకు గోవా షిప్యార్డ్ సంస్థ అంగీకరించిందని వెల్లడించారు. తిరుపతి, లేపాక్షి, కొప్పర్తిలో డ్రోన్, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ క్లస్టర్లను ఏర్పాటు చేశామని చెప్పారు. రాయలసీమలో ఐదో తరం ఫైటర్ జెట్ ప్రాజెక్టును రక్షణ శాఖ ప్రారంభించిందని తెలిపారు. డేటా లేక్ వంటి వ్యవస్థల ద్వారా ఏఐ ఆధారిత సాంకేతికతను ఉపయోగించి వేగంగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. జీఎస్టీ పన్నుల వసూళ్లలో ఏఐ ఆధారిత సాంకేతికతను అమలు చేయడం ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర ఆదాయం గణనీయంగా పెరిగిందన్నారు. పాఠశాల స్థాయి నుంచే విద్యార్థులను ఏఐతో పాటు పారిశ్రామిక, వాణిజ్య రంగాల్లో రాణించేలా పాఠ్యాంశాలను రూపొందిస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. డ్వాక్రా సంఘాల ఉత్పత్తులను ప్రత్యేక బ్రాండ్ పేరుతో అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్లకు ప్రమోట్ చేస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. బ్లూ ఎకానమీలో ఏపీ కీలకంగా ఉందని, అమరావతిలో క్వాంటం కంప్యూటర్ కార్యకలాపాలు వచ్చే ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరి నుంచి ప్రారంభం కానున్నాయని చెప్పారు. అమరావతిలో గ్లోబల్ లీడర్షిప్ సెంటర్ ద్వారా వివిధ రంగాల్లో నాయకత్వ సామర్థ్యాలను పెంచేందుకు కృషి చేస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి వివరించారు. భోగాపురం అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చిందన్నారు. బాపట్లలోని సూర్యలంక వంటి అద్భుతమైన తీర ప్రాంతాలు రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్నాయని చెప్పారు. సీఐఐ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సులను నిర్వహించేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి కన్వెన్షన్ సెంటర్ను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు కోరారు.
అన్ని రంగాల్లో దేశాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్న ప్రధాని
దేశాన్ని అన్ని రంగాల్లో బలోపేతం చేయడంలో ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నారని చంద్రబాబు అన్నారు. 25 ఏళ్లుగా నిరంతరాయ ప్రజాసేవలో కొనసాగుతున్న ప్రధాని మోదీకి అభినందనలు తెలిపారు. దేశంలో డిజిటల్ మౌలిక వసతులను తీసుకురావడంలో ప్రధాని కీలక పాత్ర పోషించారని చెప్పారు. అత్యద్భుతమైన రహదారి నెట్వర్క్తో భారత్ ప్రపంచంలోనే రెండో స్థానంలో ఉందని, రైల్వే నెట్వర్క్లోనూ కీలక స్థానంలో నిలిచిందని పేర్కొన్నారు. పోర్టులు, విమానాశ్రయాలు, రైల్వేలు, రోడ్లతో బలమైన మౌలిక వసతులను దేశంలో ప్రధాని మోదీ అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్నారని తెలిపారు. రక్షణ రంగంలోనూ అత్యంత భద్రమైన దేశంగా భారత్ను తీర్చిదిద్దడంలో ప్రధాని పాత్ర విశేషమని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. టెక్నాలజీని అందిపుచ్చుకోవడంలో భారతీయులు ముందున్నారని, ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా అనేక ప్రముఖ కంపెనీలకు భారతీయులు నాయకత్వం వహిస్తున్నారని సీఎం తెలిపారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు చేయూత అందించడంలో కేంద్రం, ప్రధాని మోదీ ముందున్నారని అన్నారు. పోలవరం, అమరావతి రాజధాని నిర్మాణంతో పాటు వివిధ ప్రాజెక్టులకు కేంద్రం ఆర్థిక సహకారం అందిస్తోందని చెప్పారు. విశాఖ సహా రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాల్లో సెమీకండక్టర్ యూనిట్ల ఏర్పాటుకు కేంద్రం ఆమోదం తెలిపిందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి వివరించారు.
చరిత్రలో…వర్తమానంలో ఆంధ్రులది ప్రత్యేక స్థానం- పీయూష్
భారత్ అభివృద్ధి ప్రస్థానంలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ పాత్ర అత్యంత కీలకమని కేంద్ర వాణిజ్య, పరిశ్రమల శాఖ మంత్రి పీయూష్ గోయెల్ అన్నారు. సీఐఐ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు కర్టెన్ రైజర్ కార్యక్రమంలో మాట్లాడుతూ అమరావతిని పాలించిన శాతవాహనులు వినియోగించిన నాణేల్లో నౌకా చిహ్నం ఉండేదని గుర్తుచేశారు. అప్పట్లోనే ఆంధ్ర ప్రాంతం నౌకా వాణిజ్యం ద్వారా ప్రపంచంతో వాణిజ్య సంబంధాలు కొనసాగించిందని తెలిపారు. ఆ నౌక చిహ్నం భారతీయుల వాణిజ్యం, విశ్వాసం, ఆలోచనలకు ప్రతీకగా నిలిచిందన్నారు. ఇప్పటికీ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అంటే వాణిజ్యవేత్తలు, పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు చిరునామాగా ఉందని గోయెల్ అన్నారు. విజనరీ నేత చంద్రబాబు 1998లోనే టెక్నాలజీని అందిపుచ్చుకుని రాష్ట్రంలో విస్తృత అవకాశాలు సృష్టించారని ప్రశంసించారు. సన్రైజ్ స్టేట్గా ఏపీ అభివృద్ధికి ప్రధాని మోదీ, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తి సహకారం అందిస్తున్నాయని చెప్పారు. విశాఖలో గూగుల్ డేటా సెంటర్తో పాటు అమరావతిలో క్వాంటం కంప్యూటింగ్ వ్యాలీ ఏర్పాటు అవుతోందని తెలిపారు. కేంద్రం, రాష్ట్రాలు టీమ్ ఇండియాగా దేశ అభివృద్ధి కోసం కలిసి పనిచేస్తున్నాయని అన్నారు. కేంద్రం కల్పిస్తున్న అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకుంటూ ఏపీ భారీ పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షిస్తోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఎన్డీఏ ప్రభుత్వం ఆత్మనిర్భరత, ఆత్మవిశ్వాస్, ఆత్మరక్ష అనే విధానంతో ముందుకు సాగుతోందని గోయెల్ చెప్పారు. టెక్నాలజీ, ట్రస్ట్, ట్రేడ్, టాలెంట్, ట్రెడిషన్ అనే ఐదు అంశాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలని గత భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సులో తాను సూచించానని, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఈ అంశాలపై ప్రత్యేకంగా ఫోకస్ చేసి పారిశ్రామికవేత్తల విశ్వాసాన్ని చూరగొంటూ పెట్టుబడులను సాధిస్తోందని అన్నారు. విశాఖలో జరిగే పెట్టుబడుల సదస్సుకు పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు హాజరై రాష్ట్రంలోని పెట్టుబడి అవకాశాలను పరిశీలించాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. వికసిత్ భారత్ లక్ష్య సాధనకు కేంద్రం, రాష్ట్రాలు, పరిశ్రమలు కలిసి పని చేయాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో సీఐఐ డీజీ చంద్రజిత్ బెనర్జీ, అధ్యక్షుడు ముకుంద్ పాల్గొన్నారు. అలాగే సీఎం వెంట పలువురు ఎంపీలు, నేతలు హాజరయ్యారు.

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that the government is moving forward with the “Build AP” motto, aiming to transform Andhra Pradesh into the country’s premier destination for investments, industries, and employment generation. The CM participated in the CII Partnership Summit 2026 curtain-raiser event alongside Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal. On this occasion, he briefed industrialists on investment opportunities in the state, the support provided by the Centre, ongoing projects across various sectors, and the future roadmap. Chandrababu noted that agreements worth ₹13.50 lakh crore were signed during the partnership summit held last year. He mentioned that investments totaling ₹22 lakh crore have been secured over the past 28 months. CM Chandrababu emphasized that the focus is not merely on signing MoUs but on converting them into actual investments. He also announced that prominent companies like Google (setting up a 1-gigawatt data center) and ArcelorMittal are coming to Andhra Pradesh. It was announced that the escrow account for industrial incentives, as previously declared, would be launched on November 12 and 13 of this year. The Chief Minister stated that the NALA Act, which posed a hurdle to investments, has been repealed. He affirmed that Andhra Pradesh is ready to immediately implement any policy that fosters the state’s progress. The Chief Minister noted that “Speed of Doing Business” is being implemented to capitalize on the immense opportunities available in the agriculture, industrial, and service sectors.
**Special Focus on Water Resources and Green Energy**
Chandrababu stated that interlinking the Godavari, Krishna, Penna, Tungabhadra, and Cauvery rivers would eliminate water scarcity for Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. He mentioned the goal of transforming Rayalaseema into a global horticulture hub and reiterated the objective of making Andhra Pradesh a gateway to Southeast Asia. He reported that agreements for generating 110 gigawatts of power have already been signed as part of the 500-gigawatt green energy target and mentioned plans to establish a green energy transmission corridor. He further revealed that Mazagon Dockyard Limited has come forward to set up a shipbuilding center at Dugarajapatnam, while Goa Shipyard has agreed to establish a shipbuilding facility at Machilipatnam. He stated that drone and electronics clusters have been established in Tirupati, Lepakshi, and Kopparthi. He mentioned that the Ministry of Defence has launched a fifth-generation fighter jet project in the Rayalaseema region. The Chief Minister noted that rapid decisions are being made using AI-driven technology through systems like data lakes. He highlighted that the state’s revenue has increased significantly due to the implementation of AI-based technology in GST tax collection. The Chief Minister stated that curricula are being designed to enable students to excel in AI, as well as in the industrial and commercial sectors, starting from the school level. He announced plans to promote products from DWCRA groups in international markets under a special brand name. He mentioned that Andhra Pradesh plays a pivotal role in the blue economy and that quantum computing operations in Amaravati are set to begin next February. The Chief Minister explained that efforts are underway to enhance leadership capabilities across various sectors through a Global Leadership Centre in Amaravati. He noted that the Bhogapuram International Airport has become operational. He highlighted the state’s magnificent coastal areas, such as Suryalanka in Bapatla. CM Chandrababu requested the Central Government to establish an international-standard convention centre to host CII partnership summits.
**Prime Minister Developing the Nation Across All Sectors**
Chandrababu stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is playing a key role in strengthening the nation across all sectors. Congratulations were extended to Prime Minister Modi for his 25 years of uninterrupted public service. It was noted that the Prime Minister played a pivotal role in establishing digital infrastructure across the country. Mention was made of India ranking second globally in terms of its magnificent road network and holding a significant position in the railway network. It was stated that Prime Minister Modi is developing robust infrastructure in the country, encompassing ports, airports, railways, and roads. The Chief Minister highlighted the Prime Minister’s significant role in transforming India into a highly secure nation, particularly in the defense sector. He noted that Indians are at the forefront of adopting technology and are leading numerous prominent companies worldwide. He added that the Central Government and Prime Minister Modi have been proactive in supporting Andhra Pradesh, providing financial assistance for various projects, including the Polavaram project and the construction of the Amaravati capital. The Chief Minister also explained that the Centre has approved the establishment of semiconductor units in various parts of the state, including Visakhapatnam.
