Dear District Education Officer,
Today in my visit to Repalle Municipal School I observed that most of the teachers haven’t seen the program of “From the desk of Principal Secretary”, it is a capacity-building program for the teachers in asynchronised method and it is uploaded on YouTube, which can be seen any time, any number of times, and from any place. However, teacher is not even getting time to see the 27 mins program to understand the priorities of the Government, it is not acceptable. Please appreciate that the principal Secretary, even with the busy schedule takes his time out and consciously takes his time to record the episode to address teachers.For example, the present episode was recorded at 12:30 AM in the night.the recording at the night was done to ensure that we release the Video on time. Please ask the teacher to ask this question to themselves that the Principal Secretary takes time even at night at 12:30AM and teachers don’t even have 27 minutes time to see the video in the whole 24 hours.
The second group of the teachers who I met were those who had seen the video for only 4 minutes, which is also not acceptable. They have to go through the whole video and understand whatever the instructions are given in the video. Please sensitize the teachers, Principal Secretary is not interested in publicity by uploading the videos on Youtube, it is only done for the benefit of the teachers so that they knows the priority of the Government which are progressive in nature and which are in the favor of the betterment of the teachers and student. Please communicate this to all teachers that during the next visits of the Principal Secretary to the district, if any teacher has not seen the complete video then it will be presumed that it is a deliberate miss, and he/she is not a responsible person. I hope you understand the spirit of this and communicate this to all the teachers and take the feedback.
