Preparations in full swing in Amaravati for the launch of the P-4 on the 30th
Amaravati, March 28: In the backdrop of the P-4 scheme being launched by the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu behind the State Secretariat on Sunday afternoon of this month, arrangements are being made in full swing. This program is being undertaken with the aim of eradicating poverty in the society through P-4 (Public, Private, People, Partnership). The P-4 program has been launched with the aim of adopting the 20 percent poor people who are at the bottom of the society and supporting them and bringing them out of poverty. The government is already receiving suggestions and advice from the people on this P-4 scheme.
Amaravati will be the venue for the P-4 inauguration program to be undertaken by the state government on the Ugadi festival. On the evening of the 30th The program will be held from 5 am to 7 pm. The authorities are taking steps to bring all those who come to this program to the venue by 3 pm on Sunday.
For this program, self-help groups, students, farmers, and laborers will be invited from all the assembly constituencies across the state and brought in special buses. About 13 thousand people will be transported to this program, of which about 7 thousand people from the nearby districts of Eluru, Krishna, NTR, and Guntur districts, at least 500 people from Palnadu, East, and West Godavari districts, 300 people from other districts, and distant districts of Manyam, Alluri Seetharamaraju, Chittoor, Annamayya, Kurnool, Ananthapuram, and Sri Sathyasaya districts will be brought. The necessary RTC buses have been made available from the respective districts for this.
The authorities are taking steps to ensure that people are safely brought to the event by buses and returned to their destinations. The government has specially appointed Harinarayana, IG, Stamps and Registration Department, and three other high-ranking officials at the state level to monitor the process of transporting people from time to time from the state level. A nodal officer has also been appointed for each district and a liaison officer for each bus. Those who are being transported from districts near Amaravati will be taken care of in the morning on the same day and arrangements will be made for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Those from distant districts will have to leave a day earlier, so adequate accommodation arrangements will be made for two days.
Meanwhile, all the arrangements are already being made at the venue, especially the process of setting up waterproof German tents in the premises of the venue and the process of leveling the ground is underway. Similarly, the work at the venue, VIP parking, and other vehicle parking areas leveling woks etc.are being carried out with JCBs on war footing.
