Subject: One-day schools not started in AP even at the end of March, schools running one-day schools for decades, danger of children getting sick if they stay in school all day due to intense sun, Minister Botha’s derogatory comments on teachers who were questioned about the management of half-day schools….

The sun is burning in the state. Even the elders are afraid to come out for Bhanu’s glory. How can such small children stay in school from morning to evening? Through this letter, I am bringing to your notice that even though the month of March is ending, it is not at all reasonable not to set up schools in the state. As per the academic calendar, the first or second week of March has been the practice for decades. But even though the end of March is passing, the government is not interested in running schools all at once, it is possible only in Raja Reddy’s constitution. It is clear that schools were raided as part of the crackdown on teachers. Do you show your anger on students and on children who don’t know their abham shubham?

Half-day schools are being held because there is a risk of children getting sick from the sun. How do you stop it? April is coming soon. When else will they put the same schools? Moreover, it is a shame that Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana expressed anger at the teachers who questioned this. Are schools children after all? It is unethical for the minister to call the teachers Mika. What do the Chief Ministers and Ministers who travel in AC rooms and AC cars know about the hardships of school children?

In the four years of coming to power, did the Chief Minister and Education Minister visit at least once? Know the difficulties of children? The YCP leaders will open their eyes to hold assembly meetings for ten days and not all days are due to us. Should children stay in schools all day under the scorching sun? The government should keep aside the bias against teachers. Keeping in view the welfare of the students, one-day classes should be conducted from April 1.

బడుల నిర్వహణ, ఎండ తీవ్రత వల్ల పిల్లలు రోజంతా బడిలో ఉంటే అస్వస్థతకు గురయ్యే ప్రమాదం, హాఫ్ డే స్కూల్స్ నిర్వహణపై ప్రశ్నించిన టీచర్లపై మంత్రి బొత్స అవహేళన వ్యాఖ్యల గురించి….విషయం : మార్చి నెలాఖరు వచ్చినా ఏపీలో మొదలుకాని ఒంటిపూట బడులు, దశాబ్ధాలుగా స్కూళ్లకు ఒంటిపూట 

రాష్ట్రంలో ఎండలు మండిపోతున్నాయి. భానుడి ప్రతాపానికి బయటకు రావాలంటే పెద్దవాళ్లే భయపడుతున్నారు. అలాంటిది చిన్న పిల్లలు ఉదయం నుంచి సాయంత్రం వరకూ స్కూల్లో ఎలా ఉండగలరు? మార్చి నెల ముగుస్తున్నా రాష్ట్రంలో ఒంటిపూట బడులు పెట్టకపోవడం ఏమాత్రం సమంజసం కాదనే విషయాన్ని ఈ లేఖ ద్వారా మీ దృష్టికి తీసుకొస్తున్నాను. అకడమిక్ క్యాలెండర్ ప్రకారం మార్చి మొదటి లేదా రెండో వారంలో ఒంటిపూట బడులు పెట్టడం దశాబ్ధాలుగా అమలవుతోంది. కానీ మార్చి నెలాఖరు దాటిపోతున్నా ఒంటిపూట బడులు నిర్వహించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ఆసక్తి చూపకపోవడం ఒక్క రాజారెడ్డి రాజ్యాంగంలోనే సాధ్యమవుతోంది. ఉపాధ్యాయులపై కక్షసాధింపు చర్యల్లో భాగంగానే ఒంటిపూట బడులకు ఎగనామం పెట్టారని స్పష్టంగా అర్ధమవుతోంది. విద్యార్థులపై కోపాన్ని అభం శుభం తెలియని చిన్నారులపై చూపిస్తారా?
ఎండలకు పిల్లలు అస్వస్థతకు లోనయ్యే ప్రమాదం ఉందనే కారణంగా హాఫ్ డే స్కూల్స్ పెడుతున్నారు. దాన్ని మీరు ఎలా ఆపేస్తారు? ఏప్రిల్ నెల రానే వస్తోంది. ఇంకెప్పుడు పెడతారు ఒంటిపూట బడులు? పైగా దీనిపై ప్రశ్నించిన ఉపాధ్యాయులపై విద్యామంత్రి బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేయడం సిగ్గుచేటు. ఒంటిపూట బడులు పిల్లలకా? మీకా అంటూ టీచర్లను మంత్రి చులకనగా మాట్లాడటం నీతిమాలినచర్య. ఏసీ రూముల్లో, ఏసీ కార్లలో తిరిగే ముఖ్యమంత్రి, మంత్రులకు స్కూలు పిల్లల కష్టాలు ఏం తెలుస్తాయి?
అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన నాలుగేళ్లలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి, విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి ఒక్క బడినైనా పూర్తిస్థాయిలో సందర్శించారా? పిల్లల ఇబ్బందులు తెలుసుకున్నారా? పట్టుమని పదిరోజులు అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించమంటే అన్ని రోజులు మా వల్ల కాదని వైసీపీ నేతలు కళ్లు తేలేస్తారు. చిన్నపిల్లలు మాత్రం మండే ఎండల్లో రోజంతా స్కూళ్లలో ఉండాలా? ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికైనా ఉపాధ్యాయులపై కక్షసాధింపు ధోరణి పక్కనపెట్టాలి. విద్యార్థుల సంక్షేమం దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి ఒంటిపూట బడులు నిర్వహించాలి.
