In connection with the incidents of stone pelting on the convoy carrying BJP National Secretary Sathya Kumar, which insulted the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, both factions ie Y.S.R.C.P. A scuffle took place between party workers and BJP party workers. Complaints given by both sides were registered as two separate cases in Tullur Police Station and investigation was carried out. On the night of 31.03.2023, the person who threw stones at the convoy belonging to the BJP party was identified and identified as Dunna Nithin@George, aged 23 years, Thalaipalem village, Tullur mandal, on the night of 31.03.2023.
According to the guidelines of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the above case, the said accused was charged under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. Notice has been given. If the person again behaves as above, legal action will be taken and the Hon’ble Court will bring them before them.
In the backdrop of the controversial remarks made by the former Minister of Jammalamadugu C. Adinarayana Reddy on the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YSRCP. The party workers got agitated and planned to hold a protest and the police responded in time and managed to prevent the agitation. No one knows that BJP National Secretary Sathya Kumar was in the said car, even Sathya Kumar did not get down from the car.
The stone pelter did not attack Satyakumar, but stone pelted the convoy on the Seed Axis Road with the intention of protesting. The stone pelter was identified through technical evidence, detained and interrogated.

పై కేసులో గౌరవ సుప్రీంకోర్టు వారి గైడ్ లైన్స్ మేరకు, సదరు ముద్దాయికి 41(A) సి.ఆర్.పి.సి. నోటీసు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ని ధూషించిన కేసులో కూడా గౌరవ సుప్రీంకోర్టు గైడ్ లైన్స్ మేరకు వ్యవహరించడం జరుగుతుంది. సదరు వ్యక్తి తిరిగి పై విదముగా వ్యవహరించినట్లయితే, చట్ట ప్రకారము చర్య తీసుకుని, గౌరవ కోర్టు వారి ఎదుట హాజరు పరచడం జరుగుతుంది.
ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి పై జమ్మలమడుగుకు చెందిన మాజీ మంత్రి C. ఆదినారాయణ రెడ్డి వివాదాస్పద వ్యాక్యలు చేసిన నేపద్యములో వై.యస్.ఆర్.సి.పి. పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలు ఆందోళనకు గురై నిరసన తెలియచేయాలనే అనుకున్న కార్యక్రమమును పోలీసు వారు సకాలములో స్పందించి, ఆందోళన కార్యక్రమమును నివారించగలిగారు. సదరు కారులో బి.జే.పి జాతీయ కార్యదర్శి సత్యకుమార్ ఉన్న విషయము ఎవరికీ తెలీయదు, సత్యకుమార్ కూడా కారులోనుండి క్రిందకు దిగలేదు.
రాయి విసిరిన వ్యక్తి సత్యకుమార్ పై దాడి చేయాలనే ఉద్ధేశముతో కాకుండా, నిరసన తెలియచేయాలనే ఉద్ధేశముతో సీడ్ యాక్సిస్ రోడ్లో వెళ్ళుచున్న కాన్వాయ్ పై రాయివిసరడం జరిగింది. సదరు రాయి విసిరిన వ్యక్తిని సాంకేతిక ఆధారముల ద్వారా గుర్తించి, అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని విచారించడం జరిగింది.
