పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తి
పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తి ఎవరు అనుభవించగలుగుతారు లేదా ఎవరు నష్టపోతారు అనేది జ్యోతిష్యం ప్రకారం కచ్చితంగా నిర్ధారించవచ్చు. కొన్ని ప్రత్యేకమైన గ్రహాలు బలంగా ఉండడం లేదా బలహీనంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఈ విషయాన్ని తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తిని ఏ లగ్న జాతకులకు అయినా పంచమ స్థానము తెలియజేస్తుంది. ఈ స్థానంలో శుభగ్రహాలు స్థితి పొందినప్పుడు పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తుల ద్వారా ఆదాయం పొందగలుగుతారు. పంచమ స్థానంలో రాహు కేతువులు రవి, కుజుడు, శని భగవానుడు, క్షీణ చంద్రుడు ఉన్నప్పుడు పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తుల పట్ల ఆశలు వదులుకోవలసినదే. దీనిలో కొద్దిగా మినహాయింపు కలదు పంచమ క్షేత్రంలో ఉన్న పాప గ్రహము ఆ స్థానానికి అధిపతి అయితే ఈ నియమం వర్తించదు. పంచమక్షేత్రంలో రాహువు ఉన్నప్పుడు కొంతమందిలో పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తి లభిస్తుంది కానీ వీరి కళ్ళముందే వీరి ఆస్తిని కొడుకులు ధ్వంసం చేసేస్తారు.
తల్లిదండ్రుల మాట వినని సంతానము లేదా దత్తత తీసుకున్న సంతానము ద్వారా ఈ ఆస్తిని అతి తొందర్లోనే కోల్పోతారు. ఈ నియమానికి కూడా మరొక మినహాయింపు ఉంది పంచమ స్థానంలో రాహు ఉన్నప్పుడు దానితో పాటే ఐదు డిగ్రీల కన్నా ఎక్కువ దూరంలో గురువు ఉన్నప్పుడు పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తి నిలబడుతుంది పుత్ర సంతానం కూడా ఉంటుంది. నైసర్గిక పంచమ స్థానం అయినా సింహరాశిలో రవి తప్ప మిగిలిన పాప గ్రహాలు ఒకటి కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉన్నప్పుడు ఆస్తి కరిగిపోతుంది. కానీ సింహరాశిలో కుజ గ్రహం ఉన్నప్పుడు ఈ నియమం వర్తించదు. సహజ పంచమ స్థానంలో అనగా సింహరాశిలో శని భగవానుడు ఉన్నప్పుడు తండ్రి నుంచి వచ్చే ఆస్తిలో గొడవలు, కోర్టు కేసులు, అప్పులు ఆర్థికంగా ఒడిదుడుకులు మానసిక చింతన ఏర్పడతాయి. దీనికి కూడా ఒక మీనహాయింపు ఉంది. ఈ శని భగవానునికి గురువు శుక్రుడు బుధుడు లేదా పూర్ణచంద్రుడు ఈ గ్రహాలలో ఏదైనా గ్రహంతో స్థితి ,యుతి,వీక్షణ ఏదైనా ఉన్నప్పుడు పూర్వీకులు నుండి వచ్చే ఆస్తిలో ఎటువంటి సమస్యలు ఉండవు. ఏ లగ్నానికి అయినా పంచమక్షేత్రంలో పాపగ్రహం ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఆ స్థానం ఆ గ్రహానికి ఉచ్చ క్షేత్రము లేదా స్వక్షేత్రము అయినప్పుడు పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తులు సులభంగా లభిస్తాయి ఈ జాతకులు అనుభవించగలుగుతారు.
కొందరి జాతకంలో గ్రహాలు బలహీనంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ కొన్ని సులభ మార్గాల ద్వారా పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తులను అనుభవించే అవకాశం ఉంది. అయితే ఆయా గ్రహాలు దశాభుక్తులు ప్రారంభం కాకుండా ముందుగానే కొన్ని సులభ మార్గాల ద్వారా కొన్ని సందర్భాలలో ఆస్తులను కాపాడుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. జాతక పరిశీలన ద్వారా పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తిని అనుభవించగలమా లేదా అని, మరియు తాను సంపాదించిన ఆస్తిని తమ వారసులకు ఇవ్వగలమా, లేదా తన వారసులు తన ఆస్తిని పెంచుతారా లేదా ధ్వంసం చేస్తారా, లేదా తను సంపాదించిన ఆస్తిని తన వారసులు అనుభవిస్తారా లేదా పరాయి వాళ్ళు అనుభవిస్తారా అనేది జ్యోతిష్యం ద్వారా కచ్చితంగా తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.

Ancestral property who will enjoy
Who will be able to enjoy or lose ancestral property can be accurately determined by astrology. This can be known when certain planets are strong or weak. Panchama sthana indicates ancestral property for any lagna horoscope. When the auspicious planets are placed in this position one can get income from ancestral property. When Rahu Ketu Ravi, Mars, Lord Shani and waning Moon are in Panchama place, one should give up hopes for ancestral property. There is a slight exception to this, this rule does not apply if a malefic planet in the panchama kshetra is the lord of that house. When Rahu is in Panchmakshetra some people get ancestral property but their property is destroyed by their sons before their eyes.
This property is soon lost by a disobedient child or an adopted child. There is another exception to this rule, when Rahu is in the panchama position and the guru is more than five degrees away from it, the ancestral property is placed and so is the offspring. Property dissolves when there is more than one malefic planet other than Ravi in the sign of Leo, even if the Naisargika panchama position is there. But this rule does not apply when Mars is in Leo. When Lord Shani is placed in Sahaja Panchama position i.e. Leo, property from father causes quarrels, court cases, debts, financial fluctuations, mental worries. There is a catch to this too. This Shani Lord has Guru Venus Mercury or Full Moon When there is any status, yuti or view with any of these planets there will be no problems in property from ancestors. Even if there is a malefic aspect in panchamakshetra for any lagna, when the position is uchcha kshetra or svakshetra for that planet, ancestral properties are easily acquired, these horoscopes can experience.
Even if the planets are weak in the horoscope of some, it is possible to enjoy the ancestral properties through some easy means. But there is a possibility that the respective planets can protect the property in some cases by some simple means before the beginning of the dasabhukti. By looking at the horoscope, whether one can enjoy the ancestral property or not, and whether one can give the acquired property to one’s descendants, or whether one’s descendants will increase or destroy one’s property, or whether one’s own heirs will enjoy the property acquired by one or strangers will enjoy it through astrology.
