రాష్ట్రంలోని విద్యార్ధులకు పాఠ్యపుస్తకాల కొరత అనేది లేకుండా చూడటానికి, అవి అందరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చూడటానికి వాటన్నిటిని పిడిఎఫ్ ఫార్మాట్ లో వెబ్ సైట్ లో అందుబాటులో ఉంచుతున్నామని విద్యా శాఖ మంత్రి బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ అన్నారు. 1 నుంచి 10 వ తరగతి వరకు సంబంధించిన వివిధ సబ్జెక్టులన్నీ కలిపి ఉన్న సుమారు 370 రకాల పుస్తకాలను ఆన్ లైన్ ఉచితంగా అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చే ప్రక్రియను విద్యాశాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్, పాఠశాల విద్యా కమిషనర్ సురేష్ కుమార్, పాఠ్యపుస్తకాల ముద్రణ సంస్థ డైరక్టర్ రవీంధ్రనాథ్ రెడ్డి తదితరులతో కలిసి బుధవారం విజయవాడ బందర్ రోడ్ లోని లెమన్ ట్రీ ప్రిమియర్ హోటల్ లో జరిగిన కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రి ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ ఈ పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలను కేవలం విద్యార్ధుల వ్యక్తిగత ఉపయోగార్థమే ఉపయోగించుకోవాలని, వీటిని ముద్రించి , బహిరంగ మార్కెట్ లో విక్రయిస్తే చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న సుమారు 42 లక్షల మందికి ఉచితంగానూ , ప్రైవేట్ విద్యా సంస్థల్లో చదువుతున్న సుమారు 28 లక్షల మందికి విక్రయ పద్దతిన పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలను సమకూరుస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. ఇకపై ఈ పుస్తకాలన్నీ ఆన్ లైన్ లో కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర విద్యారంగంలో విప్లవాత్మకమైన మార్పులు తీసుకుని వస్తూ విద్యార్ధులను గ్లోబల్ సిటిజన్ గా తీర్చిదిద్దాలనే లక్ష్యంతో గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైయస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారి ఆశయాలకు అనుగుణంగా, ఆన్ లైన్ లో కూడా పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలను అందుబాటులోకి తెస్తున్నామని మంత్రి వివరించారు. ఈ అవకాశాన్ని అందరూ సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలన్నారు.
పాఠశాల విద్యా కమిషనర్ సురేష్ కుమార్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ ఆన్ లైన్ లో పుస్తకాలను ఉంచడం ద్వారా డిజిటల్ ప్రక్రియను విద్యాబోధనలో వినియోగించడంతో పాటు, పుస్తకాలు అందుబాటులో లేవు అనే సమస్యను అధిగమించినట్లవుతుంది.
దేశంలోనే రాష్ట్ర విద్యా రంగాన్ని ప్రధమ స్థానంలో నిలబెట్టడానికి, పటిష్టమైన బోధన అందించడానికి, విద్యార్ధులకు అన్ని రకాల సదుపాయాలు కల్పించడానికి వివిధ పధకాలు చేపట్టడం జరిగిందని ఆయన అన్నారు. దేశంలోనే మొదటి సారిగా ద్వి భాషా పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలను రూపొందించి నూతన జాతీయ విద్యా విధాన స్పూర్తిని రాష్ట్రంలో అమలు చేసిన ఘనత గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ Y.S. జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారికి దక్కుతుందన్నారు. గుణాత్మకమైన విద్యను అందించడం కొరకు అనేక వినూత్నమైన పద్ధతులను అవలంబిస్తున్నామన్నారు.
SCERT 2020-2021 విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి సెమిస్టర్ సిస్టమ్తో ద్విభాషా పద్ధతిలో I నుండి IX తరగతులకు పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలను అభివృద్ధి చేసింది. ద్విభాషా పుస్తకాలు క్రింది భాషలలో అందుబాటులో ఉంచబడ్డాయి:
• English – Telugu , •English – Urdu,•English – Tamil, •English – Kannada
• English – Odia
ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ చరిత్రలో మొట్ట మొదటిసారిగా SCERT ఆధ్వర్యంలో పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలన్నిటినీ వెబ్సైట్లో అందరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉంచడం జరిగింది. ఈ పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలన్నిటినీ ఎవరైనా https://cse.ap.gov.inవెబ్సైట్ ద్వారా ఉచితంగా డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. వ్యాపార నిమిత్తం ప్రచురించుట నిషేధము,అక్రమంగా ముద్రించినా, అమ్మినా, మార్పులు చేర్పులు చేసినా చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోబడతాయని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
ఆన్ లైన్ లో ఏ పుస్తకాలు ఉన్నాయంటే…..
1 నుండి 10 తరగతులకు సంబంధించి మొత్తము 371పుస్తకాలకు గాను ఇందులో 195ద్విభాషా(BILINGUAL) పుస్తకాలు,176 భాష పుస్తకాలకుసంబంధించినవి. ఇప్పటికే353 పుస్తకాలు వెబ్సైట్ లో ఉంచడం జరిగింది.ఇందులో భాషేతర సబ్జక్ట్స్ కు సంబంధించిన178 ద్విభాషా(BILINGUAL ) పుస్తకాలు, భాషకు సంబంధించిన 175 పుస్తకాలువెబ్సైట్ లో కలవు. మిగిలిన మైనర్ మీడియాకు సంబంధించిన 18 పుస్తకాలు త్వరలో వెబ్సైట్లో ఉంచటం జరుగుతుంది. ఈ పుస్తకాలు ముఖ్యంగా ప్రధాన మాధ్యమాలైనా ఇంగ్లీష్ మరియు తెలుగు, అదే విధంగా మైనర్ మీడియాలైన ఉర్దూ, తమిళ్ కన్నడ, ఒడియా పుస్తకాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలపై ఉన్న QR కోడ్ ను స్కాన్ చేయడం ద్వారా కూడా మరింత ఉపయోగకరంగా ఉంటాయి.
ఈ విధంగా వెబ్సైటులో ఉంచబడిన పుస్తకాల వలన ఉపాధ్యాయునికి బోధన కోసం తయారయ్యే సమయం తగ్గుతుంది. సులువుగా పాఠ్య ప్రణాళికను తయారు చేసుకోగలుగుతారు. సెలవు లేదా ఇతరేతర దినములలో పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు అందుబాటులో లేకున్నా ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు విద్యార్థులు పుస్తకాలను ఈ విధానంలో సులభంగా పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలను వినియోగించుకుంటారు.

Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that to ensure that there is no shortage of textbooks for students in the state, they are being made available in PDF format on the website. The process of making about 370 types of books available online for free, covering various subjects from 1st to 10th class, along with Education Principal Secretary Praveen Prakash, School Education Commissioner Suresh Kumar, Textbook Printing Company Director Ravindhranath Reddy and others was inaugurated at Lemon Tree Premier Hotel, Bandar Road, Vijayawada on Wednesday. Minister started the program in On this occasion, the minister said that these textbooks should be used only for the personal use of the students, if they are printed and sold in the open market, action will be taken. He said that about 42 lakh people studying in government schools are being provided free of cost and about 28 lakh people studying in private educational institutions are being provided with textbooks. Henceforth all these books will also be available online. The minister explained that in line with the aspirations of Hon’ble Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, with the aim of bringing revolutionary changes in the education sector of the state and making students global citizens, the textbooks are also being made available online. Everyone should take advantage of this opportunity.
School Education Commissioner Suresh Kumar Garu said that by putting books online, the problem of non-availability of books will be overcome along with the use of digital process in education.
He said that various schemes have been undertaken to make the state education sector the first place in the country, to provide strong teaching and to provide all kinds of facilities to the students. Honorable Chief Minister Shri Y.S. is credited with creating the first bilingual textbooks in the country and implementing the new national education policy in the state. Jagan Mohan Reddy will get it. Many innovative methods are being adopted to provide quality education.
SCERT has developed textbooks for classes I to IX in bilingual mode with semester system from academic year 2020-2021. Bilingual books are made available in the following languages:
• English – Telugu , •English – Urdu, •English – Tamil, •English – Kannada
• English – Odia
For the first time in the history of Andhra Pradesh School Education Department, SCERT has made all the textbooks available on the website. Anyone can download all these textbooks for free through https://cse.ap.gov.in website. He added that publication for commercial purposes is prohibited and legal action will be taken against any illegal printing, sale or alteration.
What books are available online?
For a total of 371 books related to classes 1 to 10, 195 are bilingual (BILINGUAL) books and 176 are related to language books. Already 353 books have been placed on the website. In this, 178 books related to non-language subjects and 175 books related to language are available on the website. The remaining 18 books related to minor media will be placed on the website soon. These books mainly include English and Telugu as major media as well as books in minor media like Urdu, Tamil, Kannada and Odia. Scanning the QR code on these textbooks is also more useful.
In this way the books placed on the website reduce the teacher’s preparation time for teaching. Able to prepare lesson plan easily. Teachers and students can easily use textbooks in this system even if textbooks are not available during holidays or other days.
