• 2021-22 ఆర్థికసంవత్సరంలో తన అవినీతివల్ల కొనుగోళ్లలో వచ్చిన నష్టాలను పూడ్చుకోవడానికి రూ.3,082 కోట్లభారం వేస్తున్న జగన్, అదిచాలదన్నట్లు ఏపీ.ఈ.ఆర్.సీ గెజిట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా చట్టాన్ని సవరించి మరో రూ.2412కోట్ల భారంతో ప్రజల్ని బాదడానికి సిద్ధమయ్యాడు.
• మొత్తంగా ఈ ఏప్రియల్ నుంచే జగన్ రూ.5,500కోట్లభారం అంటే సరాసరిన నెలకు రూ.460కోట్లు ప్రజలపై వేసేందుకు రంగం సిద్ధంచేశాడు.
• తన కమీషన్ల కక్కుర్తి, అధికధరకు విద్యుత్ కొని చేసిన అవినీతిని కప్పిపుచ్చుతూ ప్రజలపై భారంవేసేందుకు జగన్ సిద్ధమవ్వడం బాధాకరం.

ఈ సంవత్సరం కొత్తగా రూ.5,500కోట్ల విద్యుత్ భారాన్ని ప్రజలపై వేస్తున్నందుకు కృతజ్ఞతగా ఇంటింటికీ జగన్ ముఖచిత్రంతోకూడిన స్టిక్కర్లు అంటించుకోవాలా?

మార్చి 01, 2023న ఫ్యూయల్ అండ్ పవర్ పర్చేజ్ కాస్ట్ అడ్జస్ట్ మెంట్ (ఎఫ్.పీ.పీ.సీ.ఏ) వారు ఇచ్చిన ఆర్డర్ కాపీలోని వివరాలు ఇలాఉన్నాయి. 2021-22ఆర్థికసంవత్సరంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం విద్యుత్ కొనుగోళ్ల క సంబంధించి విపరీతంగా ఖర్చుచేసినట్టు, దానికి సంబంధించి వినియోగదారులనుంచి వసూలుచేసిన దానికి, ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన కొనుగోళ్లకు మధ్య చాలా తేడా వచ్చినందుకు రూ.3,082కోట్ల తేడా వచ్చినందున ఆ భారాన్ని వినియోగదారులపై మో పాలని నిర్ణయించారు. పాలకుల కమీషన్ల కక్కుర్తి, విద్యుత్ కొనుగోళ్లలో జరిగిన అవినీతి, అసమర్థపాలన వల్ల 2021-22 సంవత్సరంలో వచ్చిన రూ.3,082కోట్ల నష్టాన్ని ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో వినియోగదారులనుంచి వసూలుచేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు.
ఈ మొత్తాన్ని వినియోగదారులనుంచి వసూలుచేయడానికి నాలుగుక్వార్టర్ల కాలాన్ని ప్రామా ణికంగా పెట్టుకున్నారు. ఏప్రియల్, మే, జూన్ ఒక క్వార్టర్, జూలై, ఆగస్ట్, సెప్టెంబర్ రెండో క్వా ర్టర్, అక్టోబర్ నవంబర్, డిసెంబర్ కాలాన్ని 3వ క్వార్టర్ గా, జనవరి, ఫిబ్రవరి, మార్చిని 4వ క్వార్టర్ గా విభజించి రూ.3082కోట్ల వసూలుకి సిద్ధమయ్యారు. తొలి క్వార్టర్ లో యూనిట్ కి 20పైసలు, 2వక్వార్టర్ లో యూనిట్ కి 63పైసలు, 3వ క్వార్టర్ లో యూనిట్ కి 57పైసలు, 4వ క్వార్టర్లో యూనిట్ కి 66పైసలు పెంచాలని నిర్ణయించారు. 4 క్వార్టర్లకు కలిపి ఒక్కో యూనిట్ కి సరాసరిన ఈ సంవత్సరం మొత్తమ్మీద 51పైసల చొప్పున భారంవేస్తున్నాడు సైకో జగన్. దానివల్ల వినియోగదారులపై రూ.3,082కోట్ల భారం పడుతోంది.
ఏపీ.ఈ.ఆర్.సీ యాక్ట్ ని సవరించి మార్చి 29న ఇచ్చిన కొత్తగెజిట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా యూనిట్ కి 40పైసలచొప్పున ఈఆర్థికసంవత్సరంలో జగన్ ప్రజలపై వేస్తున్న భారం రూ.2,412కోట్లు.
అదిచాలదన్నట్టు ఏపీ. ఈ.ఆర్. సీ యాక్ట్ లో కొన్నిసవరణలుచేస్తూ ఇంకాఇంకా బాదడానికి ఈ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఏకం గా గెజిట్ నోటిఫికేషన్లు ఇచ్చేస్థాయికి వచ్చేశాడు. (దీనికి సంబంధిం చి మార్చి29, 2023న ఒకప్రత్యేక గెజిట్ విడుదల చేశారు.) గెజిట్ ద్వారా ఏపీ.ఈ.ఆర్.సీ.లో 4వ అమెండ్ మెంట్ తీసుకొచ్చిన జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం, నెలానెలా ఆటోమేటిగ్గా బాదుడుభారం ప్రజలపై పడేలా చట్టంలో మార్పులుచేసింది.
గెజిట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ పేజీనెం-4లో ఏ నెలకు ఆనెల అదనంగా యూనిట్ కి 40పైసలు అదనపు భారం ప్రజలపై మోపుతూ, వసూలుచేసుకునేలా చట్టసవరణ చేశారు. (గెజిట్ కాపీ ఈ సమాచారంతో జతపరచడమైంది) ప్రతిసంవత్సరం మూడు డిస్కమ్ లపరిధిలో 60,313 మిలియన్ యూ నిట్ల విద్యుత్ సరఫరా జరుగుతోంది. యూనిట్ కి 40పైసలచొప్పున పెరిగితే, సంవత్సరానికి రూ.2,412కోట్లభారం ప్రజలపై పడనుంది. ఎఫ్.పీ.పీ.సీ.ఏ పేరుతో ఈఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం ప్రజలపైవేసిన బాదుడు రూ.3082కోట్లకు అదనంగా, ఏపీ.ఈ.ఆర్.సీ చట్టాన్ని సవరించి యూనిట్ కి 40పైసలచొప్పున రూ.2,412కోట్ల బాదుడికి జగన్ రంగం సిద్ధంచేశారు. మొత్తంగా 2023-24 ఆర్థికసంవత్సరంలో ఈఏప్రియల్ నెలనుంచే రూ.5,500 కోట్ల విద్యుత్ ఛార్జీలభారాన్ని (నెలకు రూ.460కోట్లు) ప్రజలపై వేసేందుకు జగన్ సర్వంసిద్ధం చేశాడు. ఇలా బాదుళ్లతో ప్రజల్ని చావగొడుతున్నందుకు జగనే మానమక్మం అనాలా? ప్రజలు జగనే మా విలన్ అంటున్నారు తప్ప, మా నమ్మకం నువ్వే జగన్ అని కాదు.

ఏపీ.ఈ.ఆర్.సీ గెజిట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా యూనిట్ కి 40పైసలు, 2021-22 ఎఫ్.పీ.పీ.సీ.ఏ ఛార్జ్ ద్వారా ఏప్రియల్ 2023నుంచి సరాసరిన యూనిట్ కి 51పైసల భారం, అంటే రెండూకలిపి యూనిట్ కి 91పైసలభారం ప్రజలపై పడేలా ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్ కొత్తతరహా బా దుడికి రంగం సిద్ధంచేశాడు. 100యూనిట్లు విద్యుత్ వాడుకునే ప్రతికుటుంబం నెలకు రూ. 90 అదనంగా చెల్లించాలి. 1000యూనిట్లు వాడుకునేకుటుంబం ప్రతినెలా రూ.900లు అద నంగా చెల్లించాల్సి వస్తుంది. వేసవిలో ఎండలుముదిరి కాస్త విశ్రాంతికోసం ఏ.సీ వేసుకుందా మని అనుకుంటే జగన్ బాదుడు దెబ్బ భరించాల్సిందే. యూనిట్ కి 91పైసల చొప్పున సరా సరిన నెలకు రూ.460కోట్లు, సంవత్సరానికి రూ.5,500కోట్ల భారాన్ని జగన్ ప్రజలపై వేయ బోతున్నాడు. ఆరకంగా విద్యుత్ ఛార్జీలభారంతో జగన్ ఈ నాలుగేళ్లలో ఈ రూ.5,500 కోట్లుకలిపి మొత్తంగా రూ.20వేల కోట్లపైబడి భారంవేశాడు.
ఇంటింటికీ స్టిక్కర్లు అతికించడానికి వచ్చే జగన్ ను, అతనిపార్టీ వారిని రూ.5,500కోట్ల విద్యుత్ ఛార్జీల భారంమోపి మమ్మల్ని పీక్కుతింటారా అని ప్రజలు చొక్కాపట్టుకొని నిలదీయాలి.
చంద్రబాబు 2014-19మధ్యలో పైసా విద్యుత్ భారం ప్రజలపై మోపలేదు. పైగా విద్యుత్ కొర తలు లేకుండా నాణ్యమైన విద్యుత్ అందించారు. కానీ జగన్ వచ్చాక రైతులకు, ప్రజలకు నాణ్యమైన విద్యుత్ లభించడంలేదు. పైగా వేలకోట్లభారాన్ని విద్యుత్ ఛార్జీలపేరుతో ప్రజలపై వేశాడు. ఇవి చూసే సొంతపార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలతో పాటు, వైసీపీసర్పంచ్ పగడాల రమేశ్ లాంటి వారు తమచెప్పుతో తామేకొట్టుకుంటూ ఏంటి మాకీ ఖర్మ అంటూ జగన్ ను ఛీ కొడుతు న్నారు. కర్నూలుజిల్లా తుగ్గలి మండంలం, రాతనకొత్తూరు గ్రామంలో కోటేశ్వరరావు వంటి వైసీపీకార్యకర్తలు మరియు గ్రామస్తులు జగన్ స్టికర్లు అతికిస్తుంటే, ప్రజలంతా మూకుమ్మ డిగా తిరస్కరించి, వారిని గ్రామంనుంచి తరిమికొట్టారు. ఈ విధంగా ప్రజల్ని విద్యుత్ ఛార్జీల భారంతో పీక్కుతింటున్న జగన్ ను ఛీకొట్టక, బ్రహ్మరథం పడతారా? రూ.5,500కోట్ల భారం ఎలామోపుతారని, తాము ఎలాబతకాలని స్టిక్కర్లు వేయడానికి వచ్చే వైసీపీనేతలు, కార్యకర్త లు, వాలంటీర్లను ప్రజలు చొక్కాపట్టుకొని నిలదీయాలి. ఈ సరికొత్త బాదుడుపై మంత్రి పెద్దిరెడ్డి ఏంసమాధానంచెబుతారని నిలదీస్తున్నాం. తమబినామీ కంపెనీలకు వేలకోట్లు దోచిపెట్టడానికే పెద్దిరెడ్డి ఈ విధంగా ప్రజలపై కోట్లరూపాయలభారం మోపుతున్నాడు. జగన్ దోపిడీ, అవినీతి, అసమర్థపాలన నుంచి ఎప్పుడు బయటపడతామా.. ఎప్పుడు బటన్ నొక్కి జగన్ ను ఇంటికి సాగనం పుదామా అని ప్రజలుఎదరుచూస్తున్నారు. వచ్చే నెల వచ్చే కరెంట్ బిల్లులు ప్రజలకు కచ్చితంగా షాక్ కొట్టేలానే ఉంటాయని, ప్రజలు నేరుగా బిల్లులు పట్టుకోకుండా జాగ్రత్తపడాలని, ఈ ఎండాకాలంలో కూలర్లు, ఏ.సీలతో సేదతీరుదామని భావిస్తున్న ప్రజలకు పాతరోజుల్లో మాదిరి తాటాకు విసనకర్రల్ని నమ్ముకునే పరిస్థితి జగన్ కల్పించాడు.” అని పట్టాభిరామ్ ఎద్దేవాచేశారు.

“As part of his badudebadudu, Jagan is once again putting the burden of electricity charges on the people. In 4 years, Jagan has already imposed a burden of Rs. 15 thousand crores on the people in the form of true-up charges, change of slabs, increase in charges, etc. Recently, Jagan has set the stage for another Rs.5,500 crore electricity charges in this financial year. He thinks that the people will not give him a chance again, and to quench his thirst for corruption, he is continuing his Badude Badu program on the people unopposed, and he is ready to pay Rs.5,500 crores per year in electricity charges at the rate of Rs.460 crores per month this year. Should common people stick stickers with Jagan’s face in front of their houses for killing people like this?
FPPCA (Fuel Power Purchase Cost Adjustment) burden is Rs.3,082 crores.
Here are the details in the copy of the order issued by the Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment (FPPCA) on March 01, 2023. In the financial year 2021-22, the state government has spent enormously in connection with the purchase of electricity, and since there is a difference of Rs. 3,082 crores between the amount collected from the consumers and the purchases made by the government, it has been decided that the burden will not be passed on to the consumers. It has been decided to collect the loss of Rs.3,082 crores in the year 2021-22 from the consumers in this financial year due to the corruption of commissions of the rulers, corruption and inefficiency in power purchases.
A standard period of four quarters has been set to collect this amount from the consumers. April, May, June as one quarter, July, August, September as second quarter, October, November, December as 3rd quarter, January, February, March as 4th quarter and prepared to collect Rs.3082 crores. It has been decided to increase the unit by 20 paise in the first quarter, 63 paise per unit in the 2nd quarter, 57 paise per unit in the 3rd quarter and 66 paise per unit in the 4th quarter. Psycho Jagan is charging an average of 51 paise per unit for the 4 quarters. Due to this, the burden of Rs.3,082 crores is falling on the consumers.
By amending the APERC Act on March 29, the new gazette notification at the rate of 40 paise per unit, the burden Jagan is putting on the people in this financial year is Rs.2,412 crores.

People should stop Jagan, who comes to stick stickers from house to house, whether his party will burden us with electricity charges of Rs.5,500 crore and eat us up.
Between 2014-19, Chandrababu did not put the burden of paisa electricity on the people. Moreover, they provided quality electricity without any power shortages.
