The state government has announced to start the Jagananna Videshi Vidya Deevena Scheme, so that the financial assistance can be provided by the government to the deserving students for pursuing higher education from abroad, for completing professional, graduate courses.

Andhra Pradesh Jagananna Videshi Vidya Deevena has been started by the government through “Navaratnalu” with the objective of improving the erstwhile system adopted by the earlier government and in order to focus on qualitative education in foreign institutions. The state government has started this scheme from this point of view, to provide financial assistance to the deserving students and to make them self-reliant.
