Dr. Poorna Rajeshwari, a senior Ayurvedic non-surgical specialist practicing in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, was awarded the Ayurveda Nari Shakti Award by the Vishwa Ayurvedic Parishad at the WAPCON event held in Vizag on February 7, 2026.
Dr. Poorna Rajeshwari hails from Mantada village in Krishna district. World-renowned cancer specialist and her mentor, Dr. Nori Dattatreyudu, also belongs to the same village. He encouraged Dr. Poorna Rajeshwari to write a book on the topic of “How to prevent cancer and what are the causes of cancer.”
This book was launched by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, on the occasion of World Cancer Day (February 4, 2026).
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ , తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాలలో ప్రాక్టీస్ చేస్తున్న సీనియర్ ఆయుర్వేద నాన్-సర్జికల్ స్పెషలిస్ట్ డాక్టర్ పూర్ణ రాజేశ్వరికి, 07.02.2026న వైజాగ్లో జరిగిన WAPCON కార్యక్రమంలో ఆయుర్వేద నారీ శక్తి అవార్డును విశ్వ ఆయుర్వేదిక్ పరిషత్ వారు ప్రదానం చేశారు.
డాక్టర్ పూర్ణ రాజేశ్వరి కృష్ణా జిల్లాలోని మంటాడా గ్రామానికి చెందినవారు. ప్రపంచ ప్రఖ్యాత క్యాన్సర్ నిపుణుడు , ఆమె గురువు అయిన డాక్టర్ నోరి దత్తాత్రేయుడు కూడా ఇదే గ్రామానికి చెందినవారు. “క్యాన్సర్ను ఎలా నివారించాలి , క్యాన్సర్కు కారణాలు ఏమిటి” అనే అంశంపై ఒక పుస్తకం రాయడానికి ఆయన డాక్టర్ పూర్ణ రాజేశ్వరిని ప్రోత్సహించారు.
ప్రపంచ క్యాన్సర్ దినోత్సవం (ఫిబ్రవరి 4, 2026) సందర్భంగా ఈ పుస్తకాన్ని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆవిష్కరించారు.
