Vijayawada: Education Secretary Mr. Botsa Satyanarayana said that everything is ready for the 10th class exams to be held from the 3rd of this month. Education Minister Mr. Botsa Satyanarayana spoke at a press conference organized at the State Office of Integrated Training in the West on Saturday about tenth class exams, one-day schools and open school exams. On this occasion, Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that the tenth class exams are very important for the students and they are public exams for the first time and all arrangements have been made so that they do not face any inconvenience. He said that the exams will be held from 3rd to 18th of this month and the exams will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm. Students are advised to reach the examination center between 8.45 am to 9.30 am. He said that no one is allowed to enter the examination center after 9.30 am. He explained that this year, examinations are being conducted for 6 subjects for 6 six days and only government teachers will conduct invigilation in the examination centers set up in government, private and aided schools. He said that the number of students appearing for the examinations in the state is 6,09,070, of which the number of boys is 3,11,329 and the number of girls is 2,97,741. He also said that the number of students writing ten supplementary exams is 53,410. It was explained that 1,525 students appearing for the Open School SSC examination and 147 OSSC supplementary students.
Exams are being conducted across the state according to the pattern of 26 districts considering each district as a unit in the state. He said that Anantapur, Kurnool and Prakasam have the highest number of regular students appearing for the tenth exams in the state while Parvathipuram, Manyam Alluri Sitaramaraj and Bapatla have the lowest. He said that the number of exam centers selected for class 10 exams is 3349 and steps have been taken to have only 24 students per room. He also said that a total of 838 squads have been appointed across the state for the conduct of examinations, out of which 682 are sitting squads and 156 are flying squads. Also, the DEOs have been instructed to identify problematic exam centers and form sitting squads where necessary. This year new CCTV cameras will be installed in 104 examination centers and the existing CCTV cameras will be used.
Students are not allowed to carry any electronic devices into the examination centers. He said that none of the invigilators and staff including the superintendent of examination centers are allowed to carry at least mobile phones. Other electronic devices like laptops, tabs, cameras, earphones, speakers, smart watches, Bluetooth devices etc. are definitely not allowed in the exam center premises. Teachers and staff are advised to hand over their cell phones at the mobile counter set up in the school premises and go to the examination center.
According to Act-25 (Prevention of Mal Practices Act) of 1997, strict action will be taken against such irregularities in examination centers. He said that the circular issued against 75 teachers across the state who had committed irregularities in the past was withdrawn as per the request of the teachers unions, they were not required to be in the Tehsildar’s office during the examination and no invigilation duties were assigned to them. Actions will be taken against them according to the court verdict.
It has been warned that arrangements are made to find out from which center and from which student the question paper has been taken, if anyone has circulated the question paper through social media before the examination. RTC will provide free travel to the students appearing for the examinations to reach the examination center and back home, no bus passes are required and only hall tickets will be considered, students and parents are requested to take advantage of this opportunity. He said that orders have already been issued to the District Collectors to conduct ten examinations in coordination with Revenue, Police, Postal, RTC, AP Trans Co, Medical, Health and other departments.
For the first time in the country, arrangements have been made for the blind students to write the exam themselves on the computer.
He said that today at the examination centers where the development work is going on, the work will be stopped in the morning and the development work will be done after noon. He said that the first phase of the works has been completed today and the development works of the second phase are progressing rapidly. He said that the development work will be completed in 46 thousand schools today within the stipulated time.
He said that the quality of the school bag, shoes, uniform and other items provided as part of Jagananna Vidya Kanuka in the coming academic year has been given a lot of attention. He said that Jagananna is providing educational gifts to the students by solving the problems that have come to our attention in the past. By the time the schools reopen, every student will be given the gift of Jaganna Vidya. He said that the Jagananna Gorumudda scheme is being offered exclusively in the country and for the prevention of anemia in girls, Ragijava and Chikki are being offered three days a week. He said that CBSE syllabus will be introduced in 1000 schools from next academic year.He said that orders have been given to organize one-day schools across the state from the 3rd of this month. He said that action should be taken against those who do not comply with the rules that private schools should be run along with public schools.

విజయవాడ : ఈ నెల 3 నుంచి జరగనున్న పదవ తరగతి పరీక్షలకు సర్వం సిద్దమని, ప్రశాంత వాతావరణంలో విద్యార్థులు పరీక్షలు రాయటానికి ఇప్పటికే పకడ్భందీ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసినట్లు విద్యాశాఖామాత్యులు శ్రీ బొత్స సత్యానారాయణ తెలిపారు. పదవ తరగతి పరీక్షలు, ఒంటి పూట బడులు, ఓపెన్ స్కూల్ పరీక్షలపై విద్యాశాఖామాత్యులు శ్రీ బొత్సా సత్యనారాయణ శనివారం పడమటలోని సమగ్ర శిక్షణా రాష్ట్ర కార్యాలయంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ మాట్లాడుతూ పదవ తరగతి పరీక్షలు విద్యార్థులకు చాలా కీలకమని, విద్యార్థులు మొదటి సారిగా హజరయ్యే పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలని, వారికి ఎటువంటి అసౌకర్యం కలగకుండా అన్ని ఏర్పాట్లు చేశామన్నారు. ఈ నెల 3 నుంచి 18వ తేదీ వరకు పరీక్షలు జరుగుతాయని, ఉదయం 9.30 నుంచి మధ్యాన్నం 12.45 వరకు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తారన్నారు. విద్యార్థులు ఉదయం 8.45 నుంచి 9.30 లోపు పరీక్షాకేంద్రం వద్దకు చేరుకోవాలని సూచించారు. ఉదయం 9.30 తరువాత పరీక్షాకేంద్రంలోకి అనుమతించేది లేదన్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది 6 సబ్జెక్ట్ లకు 6 ఆరు రోజులు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని, ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేట్, ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలల్లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల్లో కేవలం ప్రభుత్వ ఉపాధ్యాయులు మాత్రమే ఇన్విజిలేషన్ నిర్వహిస్తారని వివరించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పరీక్షలకు హాజరయ్యే విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 6,09,070 కాగా వీరిలో బాలుర సంఖ్య 3,11,329, బాలికల సంఖ్య 2,97,741 అని చెప్పారు. అలాగే పది సప్లిమెంటరీ పరీక్షలు వ్రాసే విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 53,410 అని తెలిపారు. ఇక ఓపెన్ స్కూల్ ఎస్.ఎస్.సీ పరీక్షకు హజరయ్యే విద్యార్థులు 1,525, ఓఎస్ఎస్సీ సప్లిమెంటరీ విద్యార్థులు 147 అని వివరించారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రతి జిల్లాను ఒక యూనిట్గా పరిగణిస్తూ 26 జిల్లాల నమూనా ప్రకారం రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నామన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పదవ పరీక్షలకు హజరయ్యే రెగ్యూలర్ విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య అత్యధికంగా ఉన్న జిల్లాలు అనంతపురం, కర్నూల్, ప్రకాశం కాగా అత్యల్పంగా ఉన్న జిల్లాలు పార్వతీపురం, మన్యం అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు, బాపట్ల అని తెలిపారు. పదవ తరగతి పరీక్షలు కోసం ఎంపిక చేయబడిన పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల సంఖ్య 3349 అని, ప్రతి గదికి కేవలం 24 మంది విద్యార్థులు మాత్రమే ఉండేటట్లు చర్యలు తీసుకున్నామన్నారు. అలాగే పరీక్షల పకడ్భందీ నిర్వహణకు రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా మొత్తం 838 స్క్వాడ్లు నియమించినట్లు వారిలో సిట్టింగ్ స్క్వాడ్ లు 682, ప్లయింగ్ స్క్వాడ్ లు 156 అని చెప్పారు. అలాగే సమస్యాత్మక పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలను గుర్తించి డిఈవో లు అవసరమైన చోట సిట్టింగ్ స్క్వాడ్ లను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చామన్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది నూతనంగా 104 పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల్లో సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయటంతో పాటు ఇప్పటికే అమర్చిన సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాలను వినియోగించటం జరుగుతుందన్నారు.
పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల్లోకి విద్యార్థులు ఎటువంటి ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ పరికరాలను తీసుకువెళ్లేందుకు అనుమతి లేదన్నారు. పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల సూపరిండెంట్ తో సహా ఇన్విజిలేటర్లు, సిబ్బంది ఎవరూ కనీసం మొబైల్ ఫోన్ లను సైతం తీసుకువెళ్లటానికి అనుమతి లేదన్నారు. ఇతర ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ పరికరాలైన ల్యాప్ టాప్ లు, టాబ్స్, కెమెరాలు, ఇయర్ఫోన్లు, స్పీకర్ లు, స్మార్ట్ వాచీలు, బ్లూటూత్ పరికరాలు మొదలైన వాటిని పరీక్షా కేంద్రం ఆవరణలోని అనుమతి లేదని ఖచ్చింతంగా తేల్చిచెప్పారు. ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సిబ్బంది సెల్ ఫోన్ లను పాఠశాల ఆవరణలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన మొబైల్ కౌంటర్ లో ఇచ్చి పరీక్షా కేంద్రంలోకి వెళ్లాలని సూచించారు.
పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల్లో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడితే అటువంటి అక్రమార్కులపై 1997 నాటి యాక్ట్ – 25 (మాల్ ప్రాక్టీసెస్ నిరోధక చట్టం) ప్రకారం కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవటం జరుగుతుందన్నారు. గతంలో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడ్డ రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 75 మంది ఉపాధ్యాయులపై ఇచ్చిన సర్యూలర్ ను ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాల అభ్యర్ధన మేరకు వెనుకకు తీసుకున్నామని, వారు పరీక్ష సమయంలో తహసీల్ధార్ కార్యాలయంలో ఉండనవసరం లేదని, వారికి ఎటువంటి ఇన్విజిలేషన్ డ్యూటీలు వేయలేదని తెలిపారు. కోర్టు తీర్పుననుసరించి వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవటం జరుగుతుందన్నారు.
ప్రశ్నాపత్రాన్ని ఎవరైనా సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల ద్వారా పరీక్షకు ముందుగాని పరీక్ష జరిగే సమయంలో కాని ప్రచారం చేసినట్లయితే, ఆ ప్రశ్నా పత్రం ఏ కేంద్రం నుంచి ఏ విద్యార్థి వద్ద నుండి తీసుకోబడిందో కనుగొనే ఏర్పాట్లు చేయబడ్డాయి అని హెచ్చరించారు. పరీక్షలకు హజరయ్యే విద్యార్థులు పరీక్షకేంద్రానికి చేరుకోవటానికి, తిరిగి ఇంటికి చేరుకోవటానికి ఆర్టీసీ ఉచిత ప్రయాణం కల్పిస్తుందని, బస్ పాస్ లు అవసరం లేదని హాల్ టికెట్ లనే పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవటం జరుగుతుందని, విద్యార్థులు, తల్లితండ్రులు గమనించి ఈ అవకాశం సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు. రెవిన్యూ, పోలీస్, పోస్టల్, ఆర్టీసీ, ఏపీ ట్రాన్స్ కో, మెడికల్, హెల్త్ మరియు ఇతర శాఖలను సమన్వయం చేసుకుని పది పరీక్షలను నిర్వహించాలని ఇప్పటికే జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశామని తెలిపారు.
దేశంలోనే తొలిసారిగా అంధ విద్యార్థుల కోసం వారే స్వయంగా పరీక్ష కంప్యూటర్ పై వ్రాసుకునే ఏర్పాట్లు చేయటమైనదన్నారు.
నాడు నేడు అభివృద్ధి పనులు జరిగే పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల వద్ద ఉదయం పూట పనులు నిలిపివేసి మధ్యాన్నం తరువాత అభివృద్ధి పనులు చేయాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చినట్లు తెలిపారు. నాడు నేడు పనులకు సంబంధించి మొదటి విడత పనుల పూర్తయ్యాయని, రెండోవ విడత అభివృద్ధి పనులు వేగంగా సాగుతున్నాయన్నారు. నిర్ణయించిన గడువులోపు 46వేల పాఠశాలల్లో నాడు నేడు అభివృద్ధి పనులు పూర్తిచేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
రాబోయే విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో జగనన్న విద్యా కానుకలో భాగంగా అందించే స్కూల్ బ్యాగ్, బూట్లు, యూనిఫాం తదితర వస్తువులు నాణ్యతకు పెద్దపీట వేసినట్లు చెప్పారు. గతంలో మా దృష్టికి వచ్చిన సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించి విద్యార్థులకు అందించే జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక వస్తువులను అందిస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. పాఠశాలలు పున:ప్రారంభం అయ్యే నాటికి ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక అందిస్తామన్నారు. జగనన్న గోరుముద్ద పథకం దేశంలోనే ప్రత్యేకంగా అందిస్తున్నామని, బాలికల్లో రక్తహీనత నివారణకు వారానికి మూడు రోజులు రాగిజావ, మూడు రోజులు చిక్కి అందిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి 1000 స్కూల్స్ లో సీబీఎస్ఈ సిలబస్ ను ప్రవేశ పెడుతున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
ఈ నెల 3 నుంచి రాష్ట్ర వ్యప్తంగా ఒంటి పూట బడులు నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చామని చెప్పారు. ఒంటి పూట బడుల నిర్వహణ ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలతో పాటు ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలలు కూడా నిర్వహించాలని నిబంధనలు పాటించని వారిపై చర్యలు తప్పవన్నారు.
