Delhi: Legal experts of the Congress party are working to file a review petition in a day or two on behalf of Rahul Gandhi, who has been disqualified after being convicted in a defamation case. They will file this petition in the Sessions Court in Surat. The trial court allowed Rahul Gandhi to file this petition within 30 days from March 23.

The Congress has accused the central government of reacting at the speed of a bullet train in disqualifying Rahul Gandhi. She criticized that BJP wants to apologize to those who have eaten people’s money and fled abroad. Pawan Kheda, chairman of the media and campaign department of the Congress, spoke to reporters here on Friday. He mentioned that there is a tsunami of offers on Twitter to give their house to Rahul and there is no need for BJP to worry about his house. He made it clear that the party will not back down in Adani’s case and their leader will not apologize to anyone.

దిల్లీ: పరువు నష్టం కేసులో శిక్ష పడి అనర్హత వేటుకు గురైన రాహుల్ గాంధీ తరఫున ఒకటి రెండు రోజుల్లో రివ్యూ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసేందుకు కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ న్యాయ నిపుణులు కసరత్తు చేస్తున్నారు. సూరత్లోని సెషన్స్ కోర్టులో వారు ఈ పిటిషన్ వేయనున్నారు. మార్చి 23వ తేదీ నుంచి 30 రోజుల్లోగా ఈ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసుకునేందుకు రాహుల్ గాంధీకి ట్రయల్ కోర్టు అవకాశమిచ్చింది.

రాహుల్ గాంధీపై అనర్హత వేటు వేసే విషయంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం బుల్లెట్ రైలు వేగంతో స్పందించిందని కాంగ్రెస్ ఆరోపించింది. ప్రజల సొమ్మును తిని విదేశాలకు పారిపోయిన వారికి క్షమాపణలు చెప్పాలని భాజపా కోరుకుంటోందని విమర్శించింది. శుక్రవారమిక్కడ కాంగ్రెస్ మీడియా, ప్రచార విభాగం ఛైర్మన్ పవన్ ఖేడా విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడారు. రాహుల్కు తమ ఇంటిని ఇస్తామంటూ ట్విటర్లో సునామీలా ఆఫర్లు వస్తున్నాయని, ఆయన ఇంటి గురించి భాజపా ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. అదానీ విషయంలో పార్టీ వెనక్కితగ్గబోదని, తమ నాయకుడు ఎవరికీ క్షమాపణలు చెప్పబోరని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
