Amaravati : 20,000 new MSMEs with a target of five lakh jobs
With the aim of achieving remarkable growth in the industrial sector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh will organize a two-day Global Investors Summit 2023 on March 3 and 4 in Visakhapatnam. The main purpose of this summit is to explain the abundant resources provided by the government (Advantage Andhra Pradesh) for the establishment of industries in AP and to attract investments.
In this summit, the state government will showcase the strong presence of MSMEs and start-ups, infrastructure to be provided, business-friendly environment and talented and skilled human resources. The government organized several roadshows in Chennai, Bengaluru and Mumbai to attract investors.
The state government has identified various sectors with potential for long-term growth such as aerospace, defence, agri and food processing, automobiles, EVs, electronics, IT, healthcare, medical equipment, logistics, MSME, startups, petroleum, pharma, renewable energy, textiles, tourism, hospitality. .
Andhra Pradesh Government Advisor Rajeev Krishna said about the MSME sector, “The AP government under the leadership of CM YS Jagan has confirmed that it is fully supporting MSMEs as it stands behind the economic system and job creation for MSMEs.”
“More than 3000 crores of financial incentives have been released to MSMEs under various schemes in the last four years. Thus the government’s intention is to create 20,000 new MSME units and create more than five lakh new jobs in MSMEs along with the progress of existing MSMEs,” he explained.
According to Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board figures, the growth of MSMEs in the state and increase in job creation has been recorded, demonstrating its commitment to a vibrant economy for everyone. In three years, 37,956 MSME units have grown to 60,800 units, employing 5,61,235 people from 4,04,939 in 2019.
The board said that the state government has also launched two schemes ‘YSR Cheyutha, YSR’ to support women entrepreneurs and aimed to establish 100 clusters at the field level in the next two years, out of which 52 clusters have been proposed. Established in FY 2022-23.
It is noteworthy that Andhra Pradesh has consistently ranked first in Ease of Doing Business for the past three years and this survey is based on a perception survey.
According to the figures released so far, the highest double-digit GSDP growth rate in the country for 2021-22 is 11.43 percent. AP has the second longest coastline in the country with 974 km. The state has maritime infrastructure as it is India’s gateway to South East with 6 existing ports and four new ones coming up. It has a favorable business environment as well as industry-focused policies.
Out of 11 industrial corridors in the country, three are being constructed in Andhra Pradesh. To name a few, the state received Leeds Award for Logistics 2022, Inertia Award for Energy 2022, ET Award for Port Leeds and Infrastructure Project 2022 awards.
Andhra Pradesh, which has topped the Ease of Doing Business rankings for the past four years, promises prospective investors speedy single window clearances, long coastlines, diverse ports, quality power supply, abundant land, and modern infrastructure.
Gudivada Amarnath: Total Rs. 89 mega projects are actively running in the state with an investment of Rs 2.2 lakh crore and the potential to create 20,000 jobs.

పారిశ్రామిక రంగంలో విశేషమైన వృద్ధిని సాధించే లక్ష్యంతో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం విశాఖపట్నంలో మార్చి 3, 4 తేదీల్లో రెండు రోజుల గ్లోబల్ ఇన్వెస్టర్స్ సమ్మిట్ 2023ని నిర్వహించనుంది.ఈ సమ్మిట్ ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశ్యం ఏపీలో పరిశ్రమల స్థాపనకు ఉన్న అపార అవకాశాలను (అడ్వాంటేజ్ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్) ప్రభుత్వం కల్పిస్తున్న సమృద్ధి వనరులను వివరించి పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించడమే ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశ్యం.
ఈ సమ్మిట్లో, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఎంఎస్ఎంఈలు, స్టార్టప్ల బలమైన ఉనికిని,కల్పించనున్న మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు, వ్యాపార అనుకూల వాతావరణం, ప్రతిభావంతులైన నైపుణ్యం కలిగిన మానవ వనరులను ప్రదర్శిస్తుంది. పెట్టుబడిదారులను ఆకర్షించేందుకు చెన్నై, బెంగళూరు, ముంబైలలో అనేక రోడ్షోలను ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించింది.
ఏరోస్పేస్, డిఫెన్స్, అగ్రి అండ్ ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్, ఆటోమొబైల్స్, ఈవీలు, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్, ఐటీ, హెల్త్కేర్, మెడికల్ ఎక్విప్మెంట్, లాజిస్టిక్స్, ఎంఎస్ఎంఈ, స్టార్టప్లు, పెట్రోలియం, ఫార్మా, పునరుత్పాదక ఇంధనం, టెక్స్టైల్స్, టూరిజం, హాస్పిటాలిటీ వంటి దీర్ఘకాలిక వృద్ధికి అవకాశం ఉన్న వివిధ రంగాలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించింది.
ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు రాజీవ్ కృష్ణ ఎంఎస్ఎంఈ రంగం గురించి మాట్లాడుతూ “సిఎం వైఎస్ జగన్ నాయకత్వంలోని ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఎంఎస్ఎంఈలకు ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ, ఉద్యోగాల కల్పనకు వెన్నెదన్నుగా నిలుస్తుండటంతో పూర్తి స్థాయిలో ఎంఎస్ఎంఈలకు మద్దతు ఇస్తున్నామని నిర్ధారించారు.”
“గత నాలుగు సంవత్సరాలలో వివిధ పథకాల క్రింద 3000 కోట్లకు పైగా ఆర్థిక ప్రోత్సాహకాలు ఎంఎస్ఎంఈలకు విడుదల చేయబడ్డాయి. తద్వారా ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న ఎంఎస్ఎంఈల పురోగతితో పాటు 20,000 కొత్త ఎంఎస్ఎంఈ యూనిట్లను సృష్టించడం, ఎంఎస్ఎంఈలలో ఐదు లక్షల కంటే ఎక్కువ కొత్త ఉద్యోగాలను సృష్టించడమే ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్దేశ్యమని వివరించారు.

మహిళా పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు మద్దతుగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ‘వైఎస్ఆర్ చేయూత, వైఎస్ఆర్’ అనే రెండు పథకాలను కూడా ప్రారంభించిందని, రాబోయే రెండేళ్లలో 100 క్లస్టర్లను క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నామని, వాటిలో 52 క్లస్టర్లను ప్రతిపాదించామని బోర్డు పేర్కొంది. FY 2022-23లో స్థాపించబడింది.

దేశంలోని 11 పారిశ్రామిక కారిడార్లలో మూడింటిని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో నిర్మిస్తున్నారు. కొన్నింటిని పేర్కొనడానికి, రాష్ట్రం లాజిస్టిక్స్ 2022 కోసం లీడ్స్ అవార్డు, ఎనర్జీ 2022 కోసం ఇనర్షియా అవార్డ్, పోర్ట్ లీడ్ కోసం ఈటీ అవార్డుతో పాటు ఇన్ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ 2022 అవార్డులను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అందుకుంది.

గుడివాడ అమర్నాథ్: మొత్తం రూ. 2.2 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 20,000 ఉద్యోగాలను సృష్టించే అవకాశంతో 89 భారీ ప్రాజెక్టులు క్రియాశీలంగా రాష్ట్రంలో అమలులో ఉన్నాయి.
